This place is probably our go to Chinese food spot. Unfortunately, The foods not incredible, but it will be warm yummy and crispy. The general Tao chicken is my favorite!

I had a taste for egg rolls but didn’t know any places in the area to get any. I’d driven past Chopsticks several times and decided I would just stop and run in and order some. The woman at the counter was pleasant, took my order, told me the would be ready in 5-10 minutes so I had a seat and waited. I looked over their menu while I waited and it looks like a nice menu with many choices at good prices. In a few minutes a bag was brought out and sat on a table next to the door going to the back and I was told my order was ready. I grabbed it and headed home. I was pleasantly surprised when I opened the bag to see they included a little cup of sauce, I guess you might call it sweet and sour sauce and a fortune cookie, nice. The egg rolls were hot and nice and crispy just how I like them. They were some of the best egg rolls I’ve had in quite some time. I was glad to know there was a good place to get them so close to my home. As a matter of fact, it was less than a week and I stopped by again and placed a repeat order and received the same experience. I suppose someday I’ll try something else but I think I could be happy with just the egg rolls for quite sure time.

Family Mother’s Day treat. Chose Chopsticks when we discovered our usual place in Huntley was closed up. 4 different dishes and 2 appetizers. Wow are we impressed! Perfect veg in my cashew shrimp. Not over cooked! Even fried rice was some of the best we have ever had. Only drawback was the fried wonton. So wrapped up and hard it was difficult to eat. But the Crab Rangoon was large and oh so good! We will order again for sure! Thank you for a tasty Mother’s Day feast!

This is the best place for Chinese food. Awesome customer service and food. I have tried shrimps fried rice, vegetable fried rice, spring rolls and noodles with shrimps. I would highly recommend everyone to try this place. Since a month I have been ordered a couple of times and all the time the food was superb. I appreciate the entire team of chopsticks for their hard work.

Egg rolls I got were extremely burnt and tasted like they were fried in really really old oil. It won’t let me add a photo to my review, but the ends of both were straight up black and they were smashed flat and barely filled.

Ordered my food for pickup on Thursday at 630pm, food was ready for pickup at 705pm and I arrive to find out they are closed!! I called and no answer, they took my money, for no food in return. Highly upset, terrible service !!!!

The egg rolls were fried in bad reused oil. It would be good if they maintain the quality of the food. Some days the food is made at the ordered time, and on some days they may be heated and provided.

The food is not nearly good enough to make up for their horrible customer service. Orders are never ready by the pickup time. Most recently, my order was supposed to be ready at 7:20. When I arrived I was told it would be 10 more minutes. They didn’t bring out my food until 30 mins after the pickup time and the girls attitude made me more angry. No genuine apology or explanation for why they had me waiting 30 extra minutes. Never ordering from here again.

Don’t listen to the 1 star ratings! This place has thoroughly surprised me! Went there for lunch and I am very happy with the quality of the food. I ordered the general tsos dinner and I feel like for the price you get very generous portions as compared to other places. The egg roll was very crispy on the outside and very soft and tender on the inside. What most surprised me was that the broccoli inside the dinner tasted like broccoli and not like some sad droopy frozen stuff other places may use. I’ll definitely be returning!
