I have been to this restaurant quite a few times. The servers and receptionist were never friendly nor courteous. The quality of foods are just so so. Prices are higher than outside Chinese restaurants. Since most people who eat here use casino comp dollars to pay the bills, so you can’t complain too much. The restaurant has two sides, the right side used to be for eating soup noodles or light meals. The left side is for full meals or dinner. Today I only want to have a soup noodles quick meals so I sit down on one of the table in the right side of the restaurant. There were couple tables customers were eating in the right side of the restaurant. For few minutes no server come to take order. Then all of a sudden the receptionist yelled at me saying I am not supposed to sit there and there’s no tables is available in the restaurant. I get up and ask her what about take out order. She ignored me and didn’t answer my question. I walked away to other restaurant in the casino. The workers at this restaurant is notorious bad manners. I also noticed one thing. In the past when I ordered take out foods at this restaurant the portion is usually smaller and quality is usually worse than eat in.

Labeling the service as poor and rude is unfair because the restaurant is located in a casino. I ordered a Chicken Noodle Soup, and unfortunately, it lacked any real flavor. The soup consisted mostly of a bland broth and oversized chicken pieces, which were presented poorly for a $19 dish. I tried to salvage the taste with some hot sauce, but the chicken was strange and distasteful. The restaurant may be understaffed, but the management should consider changing to improve the overall experience.

We have never had a problem here. Until our visit on June 22nd 2025. Waited over 10 minutes to be seated because they were confused with people’s take out orders. Then when the server brought the plates and tea he kind of slammed the cups down. Then didn’t say anything to us and walked away. Before he did I asked for surgar he seemed like I was bothering him. He took it from another table that a customer was at because he was to lazy get a fresh selection for the table. Then he never came back to check on us our entire time there. There was one gentleman that worked there with glasses and a slight limp who pretty much took care of everyone, from bringing boxes out to taking our checks. Now the for the food, quality went way down hill. I got the sesame chicken, there was hardly any sesame on the chicken. Was also very salty. The wife didn’t care for her beef or chicken and broccoli. I forgot which one she got. Will not go back anytime soon, unless things change. I do not recommend.
