We were looking for a nice place to dine outside with our 3 month old puppy. This place did not disappoint. The food was superb (ahi tuna appetizer, ribeye and shrimp skewers entrees).The service was excellent (server-Julia). She was helpful and friendly and knew that our puppy had a limited attention span so our food came quickly and exactly as ordered. We will definitely be back. Highly recommend!

Food was good for the most part. Lamb chops ordered medium rare arrived on the well side. Friendly service, but not professional. No hostess. Waitress presented specials before we had time to sit down. Only checked in on us once during the meal. I ordered wine. At $10. per glass I expect something better than what I can buy for $12. a bottle retail.

We showed up on a Tuesday evening with about 20 people. Restaurant was empty. We asked to receive the appetizer discount even though we were not seated at the bar. Our company spends thousands of dollars at Chops monthly. When we asked about the appetizer discount, the manager wouldn’t even come to our table to tell us directly that they will not be accommodating to us. He instead pushed the burden on the poor waitress to deliver us the news. Seemed cowardly, ungrateful, and cold. We will be taking our business elsewhere from now on!

We went here for a very special occasion and dined in the private room, which was a very nice spot. The service was disappointing: inattentive and inexperienced for the prices of the meal. They offered to “charge us more” for the wine we ordered when we thought we were getting a different bottle. My steak was cooked well and I enjoyed it, but I won’t be back. Maybe we would have enjoyed it more for a different type of occasion. But two people got food poisoning from their seafood.

This was some of the worst service I’ve had. They explained they had only two options of champagne, naming one Prosecco, which isn’t champagne. Then they tried to charge us a different price than stated on the menu and tried to argue with us. Also, the halibut was extremely dry. However, the atmosphere was delightful. Too bad an atmosphere is free.

My family and I went to Chops for my birthday. I could not have asked for a better experience. The food was amazing! The Bartender (Joel) and server (Mariah) gave us A+ service! Just a fantastic restaurant. Well done!
