Even after an early morning shopping trip, I had to hit one of my favorite local coffee spots: Bright Eyed Brew Co. I make it a point to stop here every time I’m in Ocean Springs, and for good reason!
The family feeling from the owners is what truly sets this place apart, they are always a delight and make every visit feel warm and welcoming.
On this particular morning, a hot latte made with one of their delicious homemade flavors absolutely hit the spot. It was the perfect comfort after a busy start to the day. To go along with it, I treated myself to a waffle with Nutella, which was made fresh and was utterly satisfying.

I tried Bright Eye Brew, and it was packed. Even though it was busy, the service was really quick. The coffee was also super affordable compared to most places, which was a nice surprise.

If you want a taste of Ocean Springs, this place is it! Such a relaxed atmosphere that draws in locals daily, nestled right downtown ocean springs, with fantastic espresso brewed traditionally. The cutest and most friendly coffee shop nestled in the quaint town of Ocean Springs! The two people behind the counter (most likely the owners) were absolutely amazing people and treated my family and I with so much kindness…and gave our son a gift. The coffee was delicious and you could tell it was made with care instead of quickness. While the coffee shop wasn’t large, there was a decent amount of seating inside and outside.

This shop was my first stop in town, and after four months, it was my last stop in town. Every single drink I got over the four months was delicious! They have great syrups, great drip, fun speciality drinks, nitro cold brew, everything you could want from a local coffee shop, they deliver! The craft of coffee has been nailed down here, and above all, the staff is incredibly kind. Each time they greet you with a smile and work on your drink immediately. You feel cared for while you’re in this shop, and you receive great drinks that are intentionally crafted.

This coffee shop felt like home away from home. The owners are incredibly personable and welcoming. The coffee is unbelievably smooth, rich, creamy and balanced. We’ve visited countless coffee shops and attended many coffee tastings, Bright Eyed Brewing Co. stands out by far. Hands down, the best coffee I’ve ever had.

We stop in nearly every morning and the coffee is always fantastic. Ryan and Katherine put so much love and care into what they do, and it shows. They roast their own beans and make them available to take home too. I keep their espresso stocked in my salon for guests, and they’ll gladly grind it for Keurig pods if you ask. It has become a staple for us.
