Really good rolls and fantastic service! The servers were so genuinely nice and attentive even though it was busy. Started with Miso and salad. The miso was really nice and flavorful. Not watery or bland like some places. The salad was mid. We had the Wagyu tacos which at $18 a pop didn’t really deliver for me personally but the rolls more than made up for it! The Heaven & The Suzuki were my favorites. The Chop Fuku roll was awesome but it had cream cheese in it unbeknownst to me. If you like that then you’ll live it. Tge Best In The Box roll is a fun experience! A delightful roll and a show. The menu was immense with tons of options. Everything that went out and passed by me.Looked delightful, and everyone seemed to be having a good time and loving their food. I will definitely be back to try more of this great menu, great staff and good food! The Gelato was great too for dessert . AND good drink menu, Sake and Japanese beer is what we had but many other options.

My husband and I came to Chopfuku for the first time to try their diamond omakase tasting experience! It was delicious (I attached a photo of every course we received). One star knocked off because the overall service and ambiance was on par or maybe even lower than much more casual restaurants (I felt it should have been on a bit of a higher level due to price). The food was super yummy though!! They did forget about my husband’s nut allergy and brought us dessert with almonds but it was quickly mediated. I would come here again!

We visited on Valentine’s Day, so they were offering a limited menu, but overall we had a really nice experience. The sushi was very good — I ordered the Chopfuku roll, which has spicy tuna, and some bites definitely had a nice kick to them. My husband ordered several pieces of nigiri and really enjoyed the freshness and quality.
The house salad had great flavor, though it made me a little nostalgic for Japan, where most restaurants include a small salad with each meal. It would have been a nice touch here as well.
We brought our daughter with us, and while she happily enjoyed the rice, we were a bit surprised there weren’t any children’s options on the limited menu — especially since we saw at least six other kids dining there that evening.
The restaurant itself is beautifully decorated, creating a great atmosphere for a special night out, and the servers were all attentive and friendly throughout our visit. Overall, a very good experience with just a couple small things that could make it even better.

This place came very highly recommended by a friend. My wife and I really enjoyed the restaurant atmosphere, music and most importantly the food! Everything we ordered was excellent and tasted fresh. I get sushi a lot, and for the most part Chopfuku’s menu consists of new rolls that you don’t see listed at most sushi restaurants. This was good because it forced me to order outside of my normal “frequent flyer” rolls. The rolls we got were fantastic and provided unique flavors with good depth. We will return and recommend to family and friends.

Kole suggested Chopfuku, recommending it as a go-to spot for quality sushi—and it did not disappoint. The sashimi was fresh and generously cut, while the sushi rolls arrived with impeccable timing and met every expectation.
Beyond the food, the restaurant’s décor is visually striking, and the space feels exceptionally clean and thoughtfully organized. The overall experience delivered both great flavor and an inviting atmosphere. Chopfuku has officially earned a spot on my list of Japanese restaurants to revisit, especially when hosting company. It’s a place I would confidently recommend to others.

We ordered a variety of rolls and were extremely impressed! Lived in West Jordan for a while and never come across this place, very glad we decided to give it a shot. The interior was pleasant. There was some confusion regarding the water, on the menu it says there is a $1 charge for water but it wasn’t noted on our receipt, unsure if it just needs updating. We ordered 4 rolls: the rainbow, angry bird, ocean, and rock n roll. It tasted fresh! Would recommend these rolls! We also tried a mango sorbet I believe and it was also delicious! Service was great as well! Prices were reasonable at about $7-12 per roll.

We visited this sushi restaurant and we were welcomed, sat, and served with excellence. Everything was on point. Amazing food, amazing service, clean tables, floors, and chairs.
All of the waitresses kept checking on us, not just ours.

I recently visited Chopfuku and had a great overall experience. I ordered the Sashimi Tasting, Bento with Rib, Dragon Fry Roll, and the Best of the Best Roll.
The Sashimi Tasting was absolutely the highlight of the meal. The quality of the fish was top-notch—fresh, buttery, and beautifully presented. It really impressed me and is definitely something I’d come back for. The rib in the bento was also excellent—very tender and flavorful.
As for the rolls, I had high hopes for the Dragon Fry Roll and Best of the Best Roll, but personally, I found them a bit bland compared to the rest of the dishes. They weren’t bad by any means, just not as bold in flavor as I expected. That said, presentation of the Best of the Best roll was excellent. It came with wood smoke!
One of the surprising parts of the experience was the interior design. From the outside, the place looks pretty unassuming, but the moment you step inside, it feels like a completely different world. The atmosphere is warm, stylish, and slightly upscale without being intimidating. It’s a great place for both casual dinners and special nights out.
Service was also very good—friendly staff, prompt attention, and overall a smooth dining experience.
