Very appreciative of the server Natalie who always makes the visit a good one. Since we come from so far, quality matters, but Natalie makes every visit worth it. She’s extremely fast, and very kind! It can be super late, slow, or busy and she’s always working hard and serving everyone’s needs. She’s my go to girl at the restaurant, you can’t ask for a better server. I highly recommend going to her for all your needs at the store. She’s very knowledgeable and accommodating, never hesitates to go the extra mile. She’s the biggest reason we have the meal a try, and we haven’t stopped going back since! They’re worth the tolls we have to pay. Always happy to support them!
Thankful to this store for such tasty meals, but wouldn’t have given a try if it weren’t for our awesome server—Natalie!
She deserves credits and so do the cooks at the Chop Spot. Definitely will be coming back always!

UPDATE: 8/2/2025 The establishment posted via google reviews that a discount was provided which at no point during my 4:06pm 1 min call was provided. I did not meet any employee of Chop Spot with a nasty tone but I did inform them as an over 2+ year patron I will no longer be a customer of theirs. I then attempted to call the establish to inquire about the discount and I was sent to voicemail. Due to the order being paid cash, I cannot report it to my bank and it is just considered a lost however . As I explained both times calling the establishment the only reason why I was not able to check the food prior to today was due to hospitalization. With no care or remorse I was met with an energy that expressed they did not care about my business. The time stamps of the calls proves that the posting was done after both calls were made and edited to seem like I was a disgruntled patron which I am not. Additionally, I wished I was met with the same respect and care as they offered another customer mentioned on this review page “ Lisabeth”. I was not met with the same customer service especially as I tried to contact the manager TWICE and was given the run around until I posted my experience online.
The only heartbreak came when on a $16 bill I left $4 tip. However when I walked up to the front to pay the bill to the owner, she charged me an extra 15% because I sat down to eat. It wasn’t the $2.49 that breaks the bank, BUT I would have liked to know ahead about this charge and also who is this 15% going to ? Is it part of the tip or does this go to management??
With that said this place is amazing, delicious and definitely will be coming back.

First and foremost I would like to Thank you for your prompt response to this situation.
However, I do want to address a few things. On October 25,2025 around approximately 730 ish we came into your establishment which was not busy at all. We had a 25 minute wait for our pick up order time instead of this 40 minute wait time you speak of. So last night was not EXTREMELY busy upon walking into your establishment nor was it loud #1. As I stated in my initial post your other “Counter Girl” was able to hear him. If it was loud like you say that would have never happened. #2 How can you tell me whether your counter girl discriminated against me. When from my observation you weren’t even there.#3 I never asked anyone to keep a track on every individual’s arrival. I do ask that we should be treated fairly. We are paying customers that deserve the same respect as others. Your problem ELIANA is that you’re trying so hard to protect your staff instead of trying to understand and take full accountability for the wrong doing of loyal customers that keep you a float. My husband was standing right in front of her after the first person left instead of acknowledging him. She acknowledged the person that came in and stepped to the side. To me that was blatantly disrespectful and considered to be nonverbal discrimination.
Let me clarify nonverbal discrimination is being ignored in establishment. Staff can avoid eye contact and fail to acknowledge your presence, even if you have been waiting for a long time. They might attend to other guests who arrived after you, a behavior known as “silent hostility” or “purposeful exclusion.
#4 I never said you were machines. What I said was we were treated unfairly and the food wasn’t up to par for the money that was spent.
If you value your customers like you say you do. You would not be getting this review.

Do not patronize chop spot. Today I placed a order. I sat in the car while my husband went inside to picked it up. The Lady behind the counter with the glasses and spaghetti string shirt did not acknowledge him. He stood right in front of the counter. Their was a customer before him who the lady told give me a minute while she counted singles. Once she was done she handled that customer. Remember my husband is now next… Another customer walks in and stand to the side.. She bypasses my husband and ask the man to the side can she help him … my husband then says excuse me I’m next…I called in a order… She then responds nobody called in a order for Nicky…I don’t see nothing here… There’s nothing here… However the nice young lady that usually takes us says no no it’s right here… Now why was my husband overlooked in the first place… Do we discriminate at this restaurant now… Furthermore we get the food home and the our ribs are not cooked properly and I’ll vegetables weren’t even sauteed good… the shrimp is another story… We need to stop patronizing places that don’t treat us how we treat them in addition to all this serving us bad food that had to be tossed
