Food was good, the BBQ Sauce was very amazing, I especially liked their Carolina style sauce (probably one of the best I have ever had), the ribs were the perfect amount of tender and firm to allow it to seperate from the bone, the pulled pork was very well shredded and light and paired well with both sauces. The sausage carried a really good spring flavor that reminded me of a Greek cooking style mixed with BBQ (loved it!). The Grenades were my absolute favorite part! They had a perfect seasoning crust on the outside with a heavenly mashed potatoes on the inside. The dinner rolls were perfectly baked and fluffy (i do wish it would come with a side of butter, but thats on me for forgetting to ask lol.) The Brisket was PERFECT, just the right cook time to keep it juicy and fall apart, exactly how it should be.

The layout is beautiful and sits right in front of the Indian Creek Plaza, the staff is very kind and makes the entire atmosphere very comfortable and entertaining while mixing fantastic drinks with super chill bartenders (I recommend the Peppermint White Russian.)

Overall 10/10, def will go back.

chop shop has won my heart. They were working with a skeleton crew the night I went so service was a tad slow but it was well worth the wait! Our waiter, Skyler, was inviting, kind, and attentive. I got the Shop Burrito and was in heaven. It was a tad difficult to get into it with the fried cheese all over it, and no knife, but I was well rewarded once I did. The meat was delicious and the Mac n Cheese to die for! They also have their own in house BBQ sauces which were explained well and paired very well with any meat you could’ve got. I will be coming back to this one often!

This place is awesome. The sampler platter is a BBQ lovers dream with everything you would want and then some. Wife had the Fried Chicken Banh Mi sandwich and it was fantastic. Great service – thank you Ty! We will be back here for sure and highly recommend!

Great atmosphere and the food was great. We had the pulled pork sandwich (amazingly smoked and seasoned), my youngest had the chicken tenders, and they did not disappoint! The tenders are hand breaded, juicy and seasoned well! I had the prime rib special with scalloped potatoes and an asparagus pesto salad. The prime rib was seasoned well and the scalloped potatoes were made from scratch!! We started with an appetizer called the Grenade, deep fried mashed potatoes! Over all experience was amazing and reasonably priced! The only recommendation that I would offer is that the honey butter rolls be buttered up a little more!

We ordered the party platter today for a work lunch and our staff couldn’t have been more excited! I’ve loved the brisket at Chop Shop forever but today I had their ribs for the first time and they might be my new favorite. All the meats and sides were delicious, ready when promised and Kris and the staff were so friendly when we came in to pick it up. Highly recommend for a group event! And highly recommend supporting local!

Took the wife here for our anniversary. The hostess was very friendly and seated is right away. We got there about 5:30 and managed to beat the rush.

The quality of the food was excellent. I’m not a huge fan of vinegar, so the sauces were not my favorite, but the pulled pork was super tender and the brisket/heart burger was great. The wings were several steps above most wing places. I’m a sucker for Creme brulee and theirs did not disappoint. They change the recipe seasonally, and this time of year it was egg nog.

The real stand out was the staff. Our waiter, Ty, was friendly, attentive and helpful when deciding what to order.

I am definitely planning to go back.

We went in and the cooks were extremely friendly and very welcoming! We had brisket nachos, tacos, grilled cheese, and a side of the brisket itself. Everything was delicious and so savory. The staff made this place such a fun and welcoming place. We all appreciated it the food was 10/10 and the price crazy good. The deal of a lifetime!

I have traveled around the US eating BBQ and was even on my college meat judging team. This place is amazing and all of its off the wall sides and appetizer’s . Our family of 4 that has two toddlers can share the sampler with an appetizer and extra size and not eat for another 24hours. Not lacking flavor or tenderness. Happy to have found some good grub

Sweet lord…. All I ordered was a burrito… What I got was a 45 minute battle against a child of Godzilla. And I was only able to take on HALF of the burrito. It was so drippy-juicy and delicious. I bit that thing four different times and got 4 different flavor experiences. Plus a massive half burrito for lunch tomorrow. Highly recommend checking out the Shop Burrito. But be prepared for a lengthy battle.

The good:
I ordered the half pound brisket with candied yams. The Brisket was decent. I don’t normally like sweetened yams/sweet potatoes, but the sugar was caramelized perfectly. It was good.

My friends ordered the chicken wing starter. The chicken was cooked properly and was very good.

The bad:
The service was the worst. By watching the other waitresses and interacting with them, it seems to have been just ours. It was as if we were bothering her.

She walked away in the middle of a question. She ignored my deaf friends request to look at him while she spoke (he can read lips). Tried to take plates away that clearly still had food on them we were actively eating. Didn’t ask about the burger my friend clearly didn’t like.

The chef or owner walked out at one point and asked how we liked our food. I truthfully gave a thumbs up, as I always seemed to get asked that question right after I take a bite. My friend said, “I like the salad.” That should be a show stopper at a restaurant about meat. When a customer has one bite out of your burger and compliments the salad….. he just walked away.

Now the food/”atmosphere”:
It was cold in there. I am normally pretty hot blooded but didn’t even think to take my coat off because of the chill.

The rolls were cold inside and lukewarm on the outside, and the butter was straight out of the fridge cold. I did like the Christmas in your mouth flavor of the butter.

My friend took one bite of his burger and asked me to try it. It seemed the fat to meat ratio was way off. The grease coated the roof of my mouth, and it had an off flavor. He said it tasted like cleaner, I thought it was like the bad kind of grease, but probably due to an improperly cleaned grill.

This is kind of a service/atmosphere thing. It’s a small place so it gets crowded fast. But instead of asking the people who ere standing, waiting for something by the bar, the staff, including our waitress, kept bumping and brushing up against my friend to get by.

When I saw the sign on the door that they were open on Sunday “for the holidays” I had a sinking feeling, but hoped they would deliver. They did not.

Based on this experience, I would NOT recommend it to anyone. No plans on going back.
