Almost 5 min wait just to be greeted on drive thru speaker ..then after I payed for my order I had exactly a 20 min wait for 3 items..2 chicken sandwiches and a 4 piece cheddar bite ..absolute opposite of what a normal American would consider “fast ” food also they only had 2 customers in drive thru before me and zero in the lobby !!! No apologies from staff then did not even get a receipt with my order i had to go inside and get one ..

Our Burger King has tasty food but they are sloppy when they put your food together. It is not a very pleasant atmosphere there either. We used to dine in there but now we drive thru and lately we have been going out of the way to get our Burger King served NOT so Sloppy.

Horrible service, stood there waiting for someone to take our order, instead workers were making fun of a customer for asking for a $5 biggie bag. And we stood there for 15 minutes waiting not even being acknowledged , we walked out.

My son was craving a spider man burger. I stopped at the Burger King on lapalco around 11:30pm on June 12, 2023 and had the worse customer service. No one answered the intercom and I proceeded to the drive up window, where I noticed 2 vehicles waiting. The lady does some type of hand gesture in the air and walks toward the window, to let me know she has a system. I’m not from her so how should I know if you didn’t answer the intercom. She quickly has an attitude and tells me I should not have came to the window. She also stated she was training someone and they were short of staff and close the window and walks off. I blew the horn until she came back to the window where she asked what I wanted. I told her the spider man burger. She tells me it’s discontinued and I did all that for nothing. I took a picture of her and asked her name so I can report her action to corporate. Never did she tell me, but it’s so said that I even tried explain to her about her behavior. She didn’t see any of the problems. I really hope Burger king trains people to work in their restaurants and no just have them their taking up space. These will be the same people replace by robots and be mad when no one hires them because of their rude attitude. Burger King will also be the effect when no one eats at their restaurant, because no one deserves to pay for food and receive this type of treatment. I have contacted corporate and I will wait to see what happens with this issue.

We were going through the drive-thru to order nuggets & fries. The girl who was on the mic said, “How could I help you rude?” I turned to my daughter & said did she just call me rude… she said no. I then said “can I have 8 piece nuggets & large French fry?” Which the girl said “I think so” at this point I drove around to come inside & she immediately went to the door to lock it & motioned to go through the drive thru. Which i was NOT about to do!!!

Picked up something fast late at night around 11:30pm hoping to get a warm meal. Both fries and burgers were cool and that was after waiting 10-15 min in the drive-thru. The promo code from the app and there was no ice for the drinks either. Take your money elsewhere.
