rolled up at like 12:15am on a tuesday after a long day at work. not only did they still serve us but the burgers were perfectly assembled and beautifully wrapped, and the man we spoke to at the drive thru was so nice

I’ve recently been back to this store, and the quality has dropped. I even asked the night manager if they were hiring. Was told to come during the day, but lobby is closed. I have called the number to this location several times, with no answer. The quality of food has definitely diminished. I have had fries, that are reheated, not fresh. An poor service, due to the lack of staff. Unable to apply for any position, which is fine. Plenty of jobs out their, this place was just more convenient. All of this falls on management, stone walling.

It was HORRIBLE..I see why I don’t eat from the places we used to Love…asked for a Texas Double Whopper..fresh off the broiler..No Catsup..lite mayo..lite onions..extra pickles…I live 5 min.from Burger King…i got Home it tasted like itvwas Microwaved..the bun was horrible..the meat was Luke warm..I threw it in the trash…then went to McDonald’s asked for a LG Fry..no salt..and a six piece McNugget..The Fries were 1 minute from being potato chips..and the McNuggets were C-OLD…I GIVE UP..I didn’t feel like going back..and getting into it with the kids who worked there…Back in the day it seemed like the people who worked at the places we used to Love to go to CARED….

I’m leaving a 5 star review because the only two ladies there working today were doing everything they could to process customers and were friendly about it. Y’all have got to get this location some help. How do you expect two people to run a lunch rush with drive thru and dining room open plus cooking the food, and I’m sure one of them had managerial duties as well?

The food is always fresh and hot. However, if I decide to spend my money at your establishment I think I deserve great customer service. For the past three weeks my orders was either prepared wrong or not all of it was given to me. On top of that management was taking orders through the drive thru and had the audacity to respond with an attitude after I said “hello” to get her attention after being asked to please wait, which lasted for 3 minutes. I will never give them another dime again.
