I will start by saying, service was great! Everyone was very nice and attentive. Our server even brought out a mini treat to celebrate my birthday.

Cocktails were decent and the lobster bisque was phenomenal. We also enjoyed the mac and cheese and crab au gratin. They weren’t anything crazy, but had good flavor and was the best part of our main course. If we ever decide to come here again, it would be for cocktails and small bites.

For the main course, we got a bone-in 22oz ribeye. I never knew a piece of meat could be so flavorless, tough and chewy. Especially for $79.

I will gladly pay money for good food but when I can make a better steak from the grocery store at home, I’m going to be disappointed.

If you’re coming to Wind Creek for a good meal, Urban Table is the best bang for your buck and belly.

Definitely came at a busy time (Saturday 8pm) but the wait staff was apologetic for the wait. Dirty martini was perfect, as well as all the food. Brussel sprouts are a MUST order as a side. The price of the entire was reasonable for the amount of food and drink ordered (especially compared to NY steakhouse prices)

I had the 16oz New York Strip and my Wife had the braised beef short rib. We shared oysters for our appetizer. The oysters came with a variety of sauces/garnishes, all of which were spectacular. Both the quality of ingredients and the craftsmanship in preparation of our dinners were phenomenal. Our bill was $140, so don’t come here expecting a tremendous value, but you definitely don’t feel shortchanged either. The atmosphere is elegant and calm, the service is great (had two waiters), and the food exceeds expectations even for the price. We waited about an hour and a half for the two of us to be seated, but we didn’t have a reservation and we put our name in early, so we didn’t mind. The casino has a lovely bar called The Coil that we hung out at and watched football until it was time for dinner.

My wife and I had an excellent experience at CHOP House last night. Our servers, Temba and Amanda, were outstanding from start to finish. We ordered the 28oz Tomahawk Ribeye topped with lump crab, and it was cooked perfectly. We finished with the homemade ice cream, which was also delicious.

Overall, a truly enjoyable evening. We’ll definitely be returning and bringing family and friends with us next time. Thank you to CHOP House, and especially to Temba and Amanda, for making it such a great night.

My comp meal for 2 from Windcreek. There was a separate menu for comps but still 3 choices from each category. My son had steak, I had the chicken! The potatoe soup with bacon bits . Both meals were on point! Going back in 2 weeks.

Chop House at Wind Creek Bethlehem is dinner worth dressing up for. The atmosphere is elegant but comfortable, with attentive service that makes the night feel special. Our servers, Tembu and Dana, gave excellent menu suggestions and made us feel completely taken care of.

The meal was outstanding from start to finish. We started with the lobster bisque, wedge salad, and ahi tuna tartare, all fresh and flavorful. For mains, the USDA Prime New York Strip was perfectly cooked and tender, and the seafood pasta was rich and packed with lobster, mussels, shrimp, and clams. Dessert was a highlight thanks to Tembu’s recommendation, the coconut cream pie with its chocolate crust and toasted coconut was unforgettable.

If you’re looking for a refined steakhouse experience at Wind Creek, this is the spot. Reservations are highly recommended. Search ‘Wind Creek Better Living’ for more about our Chop House experience.

Hello all, I often stop by this place and get wine and a cheese board. After having a drink, I always pack the cheese board up to go and eat it later. I went back to my room and decided to watch TV and have a glass of wine with my cheese board. Once I opened the containers, I noticed mold on the cheese, so I trashed it. Then I started thinking to myself, how can cheese get mold within 3 hours in the fridge? So I went back to look at my pictures I posted of us out, and yep, clear as day, in the picture I posted there was the mold. Besides this, the bartenders are amazing, but after this experience, I’ll do a hard pass at the place to eat.

Came here on a stay over night. Food was very good. Bone in ribeye was cooked very well. My wife’s food was very good as well.

Brown butter old fashioned was fantastic
Had a waiter and waitress. Both weren’t overalls friendly or charismatic and hardly spoke to us. But where in time with everything and checked on us frequently.
