Absolutely unacceptable experience.
I ordered a strawberry cup and asked to substitute Nutella instead of milk chocolate. I was told there would be an upcharge, which I agreed to. When I saw how little Nutella was actually put on the strawberries, I asked for a bit more and was told it would be another $2. At that point it felt like I was being nickel and dimed for every spoonful.
In total, I paid $25 for a small cup of strawberries with a very minimal amount of Nutella. The portion size does not match the price whatsoever.
What made it worse is the quality. Most of the strawberries were visibly bruised, mushy, and some were outright rotten. For a dessert shop charging premium prices, serving fruit in that condition is completely unacceptable. When you are paying that much, you expect freshness and generosity, not tiny portions and spoiled ingredients.
When I raised my concerns, the girl working there was rude and completely dismissive. There was no apology, no attempt to fix the issue, and no sense that she cared at all. That level of customer service only made an already bad experience worse.
How can a business justify charging this much money for something that is clearly low quality and poorly prepared?
Everything in this store is priced two to three times higher than similar dessert spots, and the product simply does not justify it. I walked out feeling taken advantage of.
I will not be returning, and I would strongly suggest others reconsider before spending their money here.

Honestly very disappointing. 4 small desserts were $55 which is fine if the quality was there. The dessert was not good at all very cheaply made. For the money you’d expect higher quality ingredients. All were filled with the same no taste cream & jelly. Outside shell has the texture of play-dough. Don’t waste your time and go somewhere else for dessert.

One of the go-to late-night spots with an incredible vibe and a menu that stands out! Their espresso drinks are rich and flavorful, and the choco mania iced latte is an absolute favorite. The pastries are creative and delicious, and their Dubai chocolates are some of the finest I’ve tasted. While it’s on the pricier side, the experience and ambiance make it totally worth it!

Once again Instagram with another brilliant suggestion. Shout out to the staff, talk about top notch service. While this spot is out of my way a change was needed and thankfully worked out well!
Onto the goods, came for the pastries so got one of each total of 6 pieces and to wash it all down went with a passion fruit smoothie. The shop is stunning, well lit, comfortable seating and staffed with fantastic people. I was helped with my selections being my first time that went super smooth. Gotta say be prepared to pay up prices are up there, but it’s to be expected for a higher end shop and menu. Keep in mind you’re investing in not only the experience but the people who make this place possible.
Overall my experience was very well. The pastries are seriously top items to try out. Otherwise this is a must to visit whenever in the mood to cool down or gain a unique experience. Looking forward to returning back to try their other items.

Very estheticly pleasing for all the TikTok videos. Rolled ice cream was really good $17 u get ALOT. The dubai chocolate strawberry’s was very good but the strawberrys in my opinion were to much. Maybe dice them in 4s so u get more flavor of the pistachio and everything else but still amazing! Macaroons were okay I won’t buy again tasted frozen and not fresh but 8/10 definitely

This was an experience went there to try the viral fruit-shaped pastries. The venue was very aesthetically pleasing. The staff was very polite. There is an outdoor and interior for you to sit. There is a selfie station for you to capture the moment.

From my 13 year daughter….her words. Holy rip off, this place is a waste of time and money. The ice cream was chewy and tasted SO artificial. My tastes buds were broken/disappointed. To add on, we got the realistic, strawberry dessert which was so overpriced for a disgusting result in my mouth. I will never be going back after……. ONCE AGAIN HOLY RIP OFF!!!!
