The sweetest fried clams I’ve had in YEARS. Absolutely amazing. The onion rings are also delicious. I love how sour pickley the tartar sauce is. We planned to go around the corner to the park but ended up eating in our parking spot because they smelled too good to even wait a minute lol

We have been going to The Pub since the mid 70’s. The food and drinks were ALWAYS amazing. It has been a fantastic local Pub. Sadly, the two longtime cooks, Jimmy and Brian have left. I’m not sure if this is due to the ownership change. My last couple of meals weren’t very good. I’m concerned about the new ownership changing things too much. So disappointing!!

OMG…fried clams were the best, lobster roll was great along with everything else. Our fave place for clams in Newburyport was very disappointing last time so this will be our new go-to always.

Have been coming to Choate Bridge Pub for years, hence our previous 5 star rating. Last night we waited for over 20 minutes while the waitress waited on the two or three parties in the room and never gave us a passing glance. When it became evident that we weren’t going to be served any time soon, we left. Not a good way to treat patrons, Choate Bridge.
