VERY GREASY “chicken” with gamey, odd taste gave me a bad headache & made me nauseous almost instantly. Super artificial orange color. Made me wonder if it was actually chicken. Frozen crinkle cut fries were $14 for 2 order & other customers had different uncrinkled fries. Vegetables were overcooked & mushy.Easily the WORST FOOD I’ve eaten in 20 years. Shockingly bad just like the service. Can’t figure out how this place is in business. $67 for 3 people. HOW?? You’ve been warned

This place used to be great. I still think they have the best Chinese food around but the food has really gone down in quality. Some of my favorite dishes I’ve enjoyed since childhood suddenly changed in quality. They also never reopened their buffet. Covid really took a toll on small businesses and I do try to give them the benefit of the doubt but the food just isn’t the same anymore. They can also be rude at times. Other times, the service is very friendly.

This little place is actually quite nice. Though I have admittedly had better Chinese food, it is still very tasty with a nice selection, including choices for the kiddos. The staff is friendly and make their rounds frequently, clearing empty plates and offering free fountain drink refills. Sometimes, the food on the buffet gets a bit aged and dry if you arrive during meal changeover, but I have found this to be the case at every buffet I have ever been to. It really is quite understandable, when you think about it. I have just learned to avoid any buffet during changeover.

I had to drive a person from my job to a doctor appointment located in the same building as Chiu Kwan Kitchen. I ordered the shrimp lo mein. The customer service was good and the food was delicious. Unless you are familiar with the area or mall, you may bypass this establishment. Check them out if you’re in the vicinity.

Personally i think they are accomadating extremly kind. Very hard working people and the food is fresh hand prepared and tasty. I was just there lost track of time and it was less than a half an hour before closing and 2 people offered both my husband and myself to make anything for us we didnt see out. I just moved here and was only in once before and watching the costumers and the amount of food they wasted. For the price they charge and even give seniors a discount. I understand why the buffet isnt over flowing. They are kind friendly people.
