It’s kind of unbelievable that someone can have an opportunity to have there own restaurant and serve food that has no flavor what so ever. How can you own a restaurant and not know this. I buy Garlic salt & pepper, and salt sometimes. I was there on my first time picking up food on a Friday night at around 6:30 pm, There was only one table of 4 in the whole place. That worried me already and the food confirmed what I was thinking. Nice place, nice people but I have never had such bland, flavorless Mexican food ever. No seasoning what so ever in the beans & chicken. I have never in my 59 years had such bad Mexican food. I make such better Mexican food with out trying on a daily basis. I would love everyone to succeed. Please get your you know what together. It is going to be your laziness that is going to close your doors for good. I have never had this experience with food ever…

Food was really good… got some tacos And beans. Staff was lovely and accommodating. There’s pool tables on the outside patio. Seems like a chill spot.. open late til 1 so that’s a plus.

I got to experience this place via a to good too go order. It was so good! They give you a whole plate for a low price. The Mexican rice reminded my mom of her childhood. The food tasted authentic and really good, we got to try their rice and beans and green chicken enchiladas. Delicious! If you want to take your fam out for a fraction of the cost use too good to go the app! Their full menu looks good as well though I would buy something off of it next time. They describe their food as a fusion of asian and Mexican. Definitely check it out if you’re in the area!

I can only give a 4 star for food, as I’ve only just started to try their menu. But I’ll give for what I did have. Nothing greasy but good flavor. Family friendly environment, some of the greatest staffing I’ve come across and easy on your budget. There’s a little something for everyone on the menu. I was surprised to receive a complimentary bowl of soup and fresh roll. The soup was good but that roll was perfect. I had chicken strips and seasoned fries. Chicken was juicy but not greasy. Taste was perfect for whichever dipping sauce you choose. Fries were fluffy inside and crispy outside. And they have extra seasoning in salt shakers. I was able to sample their house molé. Has a clean taste that doesn’t overpower the food. And the chicken and cheese chimichanga had juicy chicken and perfectly melted cheese wrapped in a tasty fried tortilla. It’s not a traditional Mexican restaurant atmosphere, but it’s a very inviting with a vibe all it’s own. And I hear that there is more to come. Definitely worth the visit.

We got the rotisserie chicken deal with rice, beans and both flour and corn tortillas. Everything was DELICIOUS! Tastes like homemade. We also tried the ice cream cup with churros and that was amazing. The churros are fresh and hot. Great palomas too.

Me encanta este restaurante. Comida bien rica y gente amable.

This may be a long review, I can never tell.

I know Chiquito had been open for a while, however my husband and I had never actually visited since they’ve opened. We usually visit spots that are new to see how we feel.

Well, husband gets off work late and felt like having a bite to eat somewhere; he will enjoy an adult beverage of course to get a feel of the service. I agreed to go, so off we went (last night) to try this place out at 11:30 pm.

When we got there, there were still customers inside besides ourselves. I wish I got the name of the woman who was helping us, I believe her parents own the business, but she was very nice, very helpful and very attentive. She answered our questions about the menu and showed us deals.

The husband and I got the taco platter I believe it’s called, the chicken potstickers and a side of regular French fries. I have no complaints. Everything was so good, but I didn’t come with an appetite and it was late so I enjoyed what I could.

After sitting there until near closing time, we didn’t feel rushed or anything at all when she informed us bar was closed and closing time was 30 minutes from that time.

All in all, we would definitely visit again. Excellent atmosphere, service and food

Not the cleanest and it was unsanitary. We were afraid to order food, because the place was dirty. There were drunks hanging around the pool table area. We didn’t order anything and just left. Not good vibes. Will not return.

The place when I went on a Sunday afternoon was empty probably due to Sunday football or the location. TV’s were a bit loud but seems to be a bar/sports vibe since they have many TVs for watching sports so I guess that’s why.

They have a billiards and dart room. I didn’t get to go in but I saw that they have that. They have two separate restrooms for customers and if you press a button there’s a surprise which I thought was cool. They have games for you to play while you wait for your food and if you get just water for your drink they have it brought out in a nice little container and it’s filtered.

I got the teriyaki fries and the enchiladas de pollo with arroz y frijoles and they were good. Everything was good. I would suggest the teriyaki fries have less of the teriyaki sauce because it felt a little bit overwhelming and the enchiladas were a bit too spicy for my liking but they were still good. Guess the spiciness is a nod to their name “picoso” kitchen
