Had lunch here today (but really wish we hadn’t)!
Without a doubt the dirtiest Chipotle I’ve ever been in. By far! Politely asked if anyone could wash a table for our party of four. There literally was not one clean place to sit and eat. The person at the checkout looked at me and turned around without acknowledging me. I said “Excuse me” and he said Yeah, yeah yeah I heard you. He cleaned one table and I had to re-clean it with restaurant napkins! I would avoid this particular Chipotle.
My son in law asked if there was a reason the soda machines were all not working again our request went unacknowledged! A young lady came over after my daughter asked her if there was anything she could do about the soda machine. She was helpful and resolved that problem quickly. Again I do not recommend the Chipotle at this location.

I had a long break during work and wanted to treat my son and I to Chipotle. I decided to order online to save time. I could pick up my order, deliver it to my child and head back to work. That did not happen. I arrived at 5:30 pm and took a seat after I didn’t see my order bag on the shelf. There were other people waiting as well. After a gentleman went up and asked I decided to ask for mine as it was now 5:55 pm and I needed to go soon. The guy said 5-10 more minutes. I was like I have to go… I’ll be late to work. Can I refund? He said you can online. I left and tried to refund online. That is a joke. There is no way to refund. So I decided they aren’t keeping my food and my money. I sent the order screenshot to my son and had him walk to get our order. I am ESPECIALLY not happy that my child had to walk down Ruby in the dark to get this. He got there and I called him at 6:28 pm and my food was not ready. I asked him to let me talk to the cashier guy. The cashier guy said they didn’t make my food since I said I was going to be late to work. So my son had to sit there longer. They made the order but didn’t put my ingredients in that I chose and PAID for. Guacamole , cheese and heavy corn. I will never order from this store again. I will not go to this store if I can help it. I will pick other locations. I WILL BE GOING TO OR ORDERING FROM QDOBA THAT’S TWO BLOCKS AWAY. THEY DON’T CHARGE FOR QUESO OR GUACAMOLE.

EDIT UPDATE:
Chipotle responded 3 hrs later so I followed the link. I was having issues submitting my complaint and figured out that my picture was too large. I decided not to send. My form went through. I will keep my photos and submit if they ask for them. Will update when they contact me and see how they propose to resolve this.

EDIT UPDATE: I received an email asking about why my order was wrong. I wish it was one person who could just go to my review and read from beginning to end what was wrong. Mind you, what is typed here is included in the message. I am enclosing my pictures at this stage finally.

I came here on a doordash and waited almost 40 minutes for my delivery. No apologies or would you like something to drink while you wait. 40 minutes is outrageous. With travel time it was 55 minutes and I made 5 dollars. The food is mehh and definitely not worth what they charge. I’ve been to plenty of Chipotles around the country and this one by far is the worst. They never seem to be on top of their game. Theyre down the street from Gonzaga. They should be killing it. Their are plenty of Mexican food restaurants near by so do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to eat. Unless you like overpriced mediocre food and service.

I went in to pick up an online order for myself. I was embarrassed to see the place was trashed inside and outside the store. 4 employees standing there waiting for people to come in. If the front of the house is this bad whats the back look like? I witnessed customers clearing the tables themselves so they had a place to eat. This place is really bad and not getting any better! Qdoba is right around the corner, I’m done here! Of course my order was late, but only 10 minutes this time. Usually 10-20 minutes late! See the pics attached

We ordered on the app and today we waited 15-20min after our order was supposed to be ready. Last time we ordered we waited 45min past our pickup time. Today I ordered a chicken bowl and there was NO chicken in my bowl. It already sucks to wait a bit for food to be done and then on top of that for there to be no chicken is very disappointing. My husband also mentions every time he has gone in there to pick up his order, none of the employees acknowledge him or ask what he’s waiting for. They don’t even make eye contact. For these reasons we will not be going to this location anymore.

I wish I had read the reviews and gone to Qdoba. It was a Tuesday night during finals, and I wanted a quick filling and healthier meal. I got to the restaurant and the line was almost out the door (and before you think the line was full of people, students like me, who wanted a quick easy and healthy bite during finals, there were only two other students in line). I waited for almost 20 minutes to get my food, and when I finally ordered, I asked for chicken. They were out of chicken, and just about every other meat. I had to get something more expensive and that I didn’t like nearly as much. I explained that I had been waiting for a long time and that I didn’t want pork, I wanted chicken, and asked if I could be charged for the cheaper price. The manager told me no. Then they asked if I wanted white rice or brown rice, which was a stupid question because they were out of white rice and only had brown rice. Next, they asked me if pinto beans were OK, they were not, but that was all they had. The employees were nice enough, but this place is really poorly managed. A bunch of the staff just seemed to be standing around, probably because their manager didn’t have anything for them to do. Anything other than make chicken, rice, or black beans. They don’t think ahead or prioritize customers. It would have at least been nice to know they were out of literally everything before I got to the front and had to come up with a new order with 15 people waiting behind me. I recommend going somewhere else.

Oh, and I forgot to mention, the parking situation was a nightmare. And to be fair, by the time I got up there, they were making chicken and rice.

Out of the last 20 visits only once did I walk out with a bowl of food. Let’s start loading the bowl with food and then we get to the part where they don’t have the ingredient and I don’t want the food then and leave to go to somewhere else the actually has the ingredients they offer. So that’s 19 bowls to go thrown away at your chipotle locations. For the price I’m not going to buy something that doesn’t have the ingredients offered. That’s a lot of food thrown away especially when you make it down the whole line all the way to the guacamole in it there is no guacamole. Guess you can afford to throw away steak. The corn is usually Frozen at the one on the lower division. The one in airway heights isn’t even worth walking into. They never have ingredients. The cost varies at each store. Qdoba ends up getting most of their business because of this. And the fact that the queso and guacamole are free versus having to pay extra Chipotle for less. Surprised these guys haven’t had to file bankruptcy yet. Horrible reviews at all locations for the service they promise yet don’t live up to. Not very smart owners at this point. 19 bowls of food thrown away for just one person in 2 weeks times 15 a pop.dammmm Martha. If you want a waste of time and effort this is the restaurant for you

The food and atmosphere are good and staff is friendly. Service can occasionally run behind the ‘promised’ order pickup window so, if you’re picking up for yourself, sometimes it’s faster to go through the line than it is to order ahead.

I tried to call them after I got sick on Valentine’s Day so we postponed our night out and I got a chicken al pastor bowl WITHOUT chicken.

What made me more mad is not that mistakes happen, but when I went on to review this place, I realized it is known to be dirty and have chronic errors, and that no one will answer the phone to deal with this privately!
