Staff waited 5 minutes to even acknowledge me, 6 people behind the counter standing there, until 1 finally gave up and decided they would help me. I have know idea why I was not worth helping until one of them decided they would do it but it’s pretty frustrating. I got a simple burrito and they didn’t even wrap it tight, the whole thing came apart as I tried to eat it. So the Pic is the aftermath of after I had taken a bite and then it fell apart so that was what it looked like after I put it together enough to take a Pic. I didn’t do anything to deserve this.

We visit this place very often and are regular customers – the staff knows us well.

Everyone in our group is over 30 years old. There were four of us today, and only one person did not have a physical ID – my husband. He did have his ID on his phone, clearly showing he is over 21, and he definitely does not look underage. He is also one of the biggest supporters of this place.

Despite this, we were not allowed to sit in our usual area, which felt unnecessary and uncomfortable given that we are regular guests and obviously not underage.

I understand that rules exist, but the situation could have been handled in a more respectful and customer-friendly way.

We still enjoy this place and hope management can be more consistent and considerate with regular customers.

this is the best location to go to. i’ve placed online orders and have walked in to place orders and they never disappoint. they will fills your bowl and sides up! unlike the vancouver mall location which is the absolute worst. the only bad thing about this location is finding parking can be difficult but that’s not their fault.

Update: Form posting a response to a negative review with the exact contact info that we’ve repeatedly used to no avail just makes you look worse, Chipotle. This relationship is over.
Shame on you Chipotle! You’re charging the same amount of money for less food and employing managers who have no customer service skills. My son, an autistic person, eats here every week and orders the same Sofritos bowl every time. The only thing he doesn’t get is beans. He will sometimes get the beans on the side for me to use on my nachos. Every time the bowl is half full and it’s blatantly obvious that it’s not a full bowl. I’ve had enough and decided to take it back to the store and discuss the issue with the manager. He was obviously not trained in conflict resolution or customer service. He told me that it’s the same price regardless of what you add to your bowl and it is the same amount of scoops. Again, the only thing missing from his bowls are beans. He refused to fix the issue and insisted that he was right. We’re not going to give you anymore money or buy anything from you. He will be eating Baja Fresh from now on.

When a customer asked for a large queso side, it is expected to be full, not 3 quarters full, thats cheating us out to put more in your pocket. We choose to eat there being its a healthy option. Over salting your BEANS or anything is a great way to send your customers sick with a whole lot of problems, not to mention throwing away what we just paid for. Not cool business ethics.

I have celiac and have never seen Chipotle before so quick to clean and get new everything. I am always afraid of eating at not gf restaurants. They were so kind about it. Will be back. Entire team 10/10. Will be back to this location.

I order a
AL Pastor bowl same as the person in front of me his bowl was twice as big as mine. I had to pay for double chicken as it still wasn’t as much as his. Didn’t get beans had to ask for more rice. No wonder they are loosing business.

I used to work at Chipotle(different location) and this is the cleanest location I’ve been so far. The line looks clean every time I visit, the manager is very nice, employees are nice. The only thing preventing me from giving them a five star is the food portions, I know they have a very strict rule when it comes to portions but sometimes when I get my bowl from here it doesn’t even look a like a full bowl, more like a partial bowl filled. I often have to ask for just a little bit of more rice and meat when I come. Other than that it’s a great location.

Chipotle is named after a smokey pepper…that evidently is extravagantly expensive, as they don’t use a lot of it here.

This is one of those “middle brow” places that let’s you line up and select the little bits of stuff they will add to your bowl or burrito or whatever. First, you select your rice, that theoretically has cilantro and lime in it. I’m sure it’s there, because it says so on the label. Then you can choose your “protien.” They have both meat and veg choices, that have been threatened with a spice shaker. Then you can add some bland cheese and various salsas from boring to meh.

I mean, it’s really not awful. But you are not looking for 5 star here. You are looking for fast-fooding. Don’t lie. I know you. You’ll find it here.
