Everyone in our group is over 30 years old. There were four of us today, and only one person did not have a physical ID – my husband. He did have his ID on his phone, clearly showing he is over 21, and he definitely does not look underage. He is also one of the biggest supporters of this place.
Despite this, we were not allowed to sit in our usual area, which felt unnecessary and uncomfortable given that we are regular guests and obviously not underage.
I understand that rules exist, but the situation could have been handled in a more respectful and customer-friendly way.
We still enjoy this place and hope management can be more consistent and considerate with regular customers.

All the meats have incredible flavor and tenderness Today. got a great crew right now
Shame on you Chipotle! You’re charging the same amount of money for less food and employing managers who have no customer service skills. My son, an autistic person, eats here every week and orders the same Sofritos bowl every time. The only thing he doesn’t get is beans. He will sometimes get the beans on the side for me to use on my nachos. Every time the bowl is half full and it’s blatantly obvious that it’s not a full bowl. I’ve had enough and decided to take it back to the store and discuss the issue with the manager. He was obviously not trained in conflict resolution or customer service. He told me that it’s the same price regardless of what you add to your bowl and it is the same amount of scoops. Again, the only thing missing from his bowls are beans. He refused to fix the issue and insisted that he was right. We’re not going to give you anymore money or buy anything from you. He will be eating Baja Fresh from now on.
AL Pastor bowl same as the person in front of me his bowl was twice as big as mine. I had to pay for double chicken as it still wasn’t as much as his. Didn’t get beans had to ask for more rice. No wonder they are loosing business.
This is one of those “middle brow” places that let’s you line up and select the little bits of stuff they will add to your bowl or burrito or whatever. First, you select your rice, that theoretically has cilantro and lime in it. I’m sure it’s there, because it says so on the label. Then you can choose your “protien.” They have both meat and veg choices, that have been threatened with a spice shaker. Then you can add some bland cheese and various salsas from boring to meh.
I mean, it’s really not awful. But you are not looking for 5 star here. You are looking for fast-fooding. Don’t lie. I know you. You’ll find it here.
