We’ve been to this Chipotle location several times and always enjoy it! The food is consistently fresh and tasty, and we’ve never had any real issues other than the burritos sometimes not being wrapped super tightly—which has never been a problem for us.
On our most recent visit, we had friends in town and ordered a bowl and two burritos through the pickup window, like we usually do. When we got home, we noticed the burritos were much smaller than usual. We were really hungry and ended up needing to make extra food afterwards, which was a little disappointing since we were hoping for a quick and filling lunch.
We truly enjoy Chipotle and this location in particular, but we did feel the portion sizes weren’t quite what we’re used to this time. For the price, it was a bit underwhelming. Hoping this was just a one-off, because we usually leave full and happy!

Tonight I visited the new Chipotle location, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. After waiting in line for over 40 minutes, I was shocked to learn at the counter that they were out of half the meat options and had no plans to restock. This was incredibly disappointing, especially after such a long wait. I suggested they put a sign on the door to inform guests about the limited menu, but the response I received was a dismissive “sorry,” which felt inadequate.
The state of the restaurant was another major issue. I’ve never seen a Chipotle—or any restaurant—this dirty. The griddle was smoking with remnants of old meat, and I even spotted a spatula lying on the floor. It was hard to believe the manager was present, as the place was in such disarray. My 9-year-old son even noticed, asking, “Why is this place so dirty?” His comment summed up the experience perfectly.
When I raised my concerns at the counter, the employee instructed another staff member to wipe down the area around the register. However, it was clear the person tasked with cleaning either hadn’t been trained properly or had never wiped a counter before, as the effort was minimal and ineffective. Overall, this visit was a letdown, and I hope the management addresses these issues—cleanliness, stock management, and customer communication—before I consider returning.

I’ve come here twice now. The first time they overloaded my burrito with way too much cheese. I couldn’t taste any of the other ingredients there was way too much cheese. I came here again reluctantly for my husband today. He enjoyed his food but I chose not to get anything. Hearing the manager sit there and ask an employee about her diarrhea and vomiting kind of threw me off. Why do that right by the register. So gross.

New restaurant in Richfield. Clean store and friendly staff. Store was at 30 percent capacity. Ordered shredded beef burrito with extras which amounted to a $20 meal that I felt was somewhat expensive.

Visited last night and was shocked at how bad this location is run. I was the only customer, 4-5 employees. It took about 4 minutes of me standing in front of the order window before anyone even acknowledged I was there. They loaded my bowl with rice and I paid for double steak and got barely a single portion. Staff was not rude but certainly oblivious to any kind of customer service. I’ll go to salmon creek moving forward. They do it right there.

What happened to just common courtesy. The young woman working the window at 630 on 1/29 didn’t even acknowledge or speak to us as we picked up our order. No hello. No thank you. No eye contact. Nothing. Do better. We are the reason you have a job and we are not valued. That is complete madness. If your the manager, hopefully reading your comments, please think about working the closing day part to see got your team is treating your customer.

Food was just so so. It was my first time at a chipotle. I had the carne asada, it wasn’t that good. I expected a lot better. Going in there feels like I’m in a Subway. they need to figure it out and at least have some sort of better menu instead of, oh, I’ll have a little bit of this. Oh I’ll have a little bit of that too. I am sure some people like it. I didn’t. I won’t go to that one by Costco again.

The food was okay, but the staff was terrible. We stood there for five minutes with no other customers in the store. Employees would glance at us and walk past without at word. When we tried to get someone’s attention, they simply said something like (order over there) and continued to ignore us. When we finally got service, the person was about as unhelpful as she could be.
The store itself was less than inviting, with boxes on the tables, and not much of anywhere to sit. I had planned on eating in, but it felt so unwelcoming that we went home instead and had a lukewarm meal.
I won’t be back.

So it’s a chipotle for sure and it’s good, but they make the meats more spicy than every other chipotle for some reason. I like it but my wife doesnt dig spicy. The parking lot situation they were left with is kind of unfortunate. You have to do a round about dance to leave there and if you go to Costco first and grab chipotle on the way out, you have to completely leave the complex and reenter to get back to the parking lot.

Almost $16 for this! Double meat bowl with extra rice. I called and they said they would replace it next time but how is this amount of food even acceptable in the first place? The food that I did get tasted old. Absolutely ridiculous
