I usually enjoy Chipotle for a quick and filling meal, but lately the experience has been hit or miss. The food still tastes good – almost fresh ingredients and customizable bowls are a plus, portions seem smaller than before, and the service can be a bit rushed during busy hours. My last visit, veggies and lettuce felt stale and the guac portion was tiny.
Staff was friendly and the Service was rushed/fast. The place can definitely be maintained little more clean. Both indoor and outdoor seating makes it easy to enjoy when weather is warmer.

There was no working soap in the women’s bathroom. The soap dispenser was broken and they didn’t offer an alternative. This means employees aren’t washing their hands before returning to work. The quesadilla I order was mangled and soggy. They also skimped on the side portions. Chipotle must have hired a consulting firm or is involved with a new private equity company because it seems they’re all going down hill.

Do not ever order DoorDash or Uber Eats from here. This was the most pathetic bowl I have ever received from any Chipotle location. In the picture, you can see how shallow the food fills the container. I tried pushing all the contents of the bowl to one side and it barely filled half of what they’d normally put in a bowl if you were there to order in person. Not the delivery service’s fault, 100% on the person who made the bowl. All of the bowls in my delivery order were the same thing—barely half filled. Super disappointed because I usually love eating at Chipotle.

THEY SCAN GIFT CARDS AND TAKE CASH!
At 8:35pm on 1/10/2026 I went in and got a bowl, I was the only person there ordering in that time frame. I gave the guy $10 cash and he SWIPED a gift card and took my cash, I know because I saw him swipe the card. I stood up to see the type of card and it was face down. The back was forsure a gift card. I paid the rest on card which was like a dollar something (paid $10 cash, and a dollar something on credit card, NO GIFT CARD). The guy couldn’t figure out how to add another card payment after scanning the gift card and a lady came and helped him so she def knows what he’s doing. I said Is that a gift card? I said I’m gonna tell the owners that y’all are scanning gift cards.. and walked out.

Please check your food before leaving. Picked up my order through the app, and when I opened the lid there was a large dead bug and expired lettuce on top. The beans tasted slimy too.
Big health code violations- I’m concerned what the back kitchen looks like. I’m glad I opened it before leaving.
They made a new bowl but I feel nauseous. I don’t trust what’s going on back there so had to throw it away. Went to the Bothell location and it was great as usual.
Based on the response on other reviews here, looks like the owner is aware of the poor food conditions and doesn’t really care.
Please go to other locations because I’ve had good experiences at others. This is a management problem because the workers looked miserable too. Made me really sad.

I had Sarah on the line helping me with my food and she was amazing! I have a dairy allergy and she went above and beyond for me. She was very kind and very professional while dealing with my allergy. I have a hard time with fast food places giving me the accommodations my allergy requires, and this was a 10/10 experience! The best experience I’ve had at a chipotle!!!

We are trying to get refund due to the messed we had delivered to our home. Vegan bowl had chicken mixed into sofritas. Cheese mixed into guacamole on the vegan bowl. Side note… chip bag is 90% empty. Didn’t receive extra guacamole ordered. Chicken bowl had beef in it. I wonder if they just cleared to dirty counter into our food. Seriously going without food tonight. Wish I could get my money back.

I’ve been to way better chipotles than this one. I usually get lettuce but when I was ordering the lettuce looked gross and wilty so I decided not to get any. The lady working there also put everything on really carelessly and put an insane amount of guacamole. I love guacamole but it was just way too much. Then when I went to go fill up my cup at the fountain I got ice and there was some gross brown stuff on it. This Chipotle made me feel kind of grossed out. I would definitely recommend going to a different one.

I couldn’t hear the servers amongst many customers. Kind of felt overwhelmed- they want you to MOVE. I could not take a break cos they were already wrapping up my meal.
They didn’t listen to the customers when speaking. I had to go back to the first server past other people to get my extra orders.
Anyways both of us got sick after eating their burrito. Disappointed
