Food is great! Came here with a very big group and they were very accommodating. Staff left much to be desired in the ordering process but they were at the end of their shift serving a big group, it’s understandable.

First of all. I made a mistake of getting “vegetables” on my burrito. I thought it was just onions and bell peppers. But no. There was something spicy in there. Must be jalapeno. So I will take the blame on that for not being educated on the menu. I tried choke it down anyway. But besides it being spicy, the burrito was cold. Just unpleasant at this point. We’ll then I had to use the bathroom and no. Couldn’t. Had to get a “code” to get into the bathroom. So. Again, unpleasant. The tables were cold metal slabs, the kind I assume autopsies are done on. Not comfortable in anyway. But that is not even why I’m writing this review. The worst and most unpleasant part of this visit was the fact that the employees were listening to different music than the dining area music. Both songs were horrible. Together, it sounded like some sort of horrible trance music. I felt like I was at Travis Scoot concert and a demon portal was opening. I don’t want to ever come back.

I must’ve showed up at the perfect time cause there was no line. Inside the dining area was all nice and clean , looks like the team here takes pride in their jobs and it shows. The guy that helped us out was cool and served us up swiftly. All the food looked nice and fresh . Didn’t look like it’s been sitting for hours . The food was bomb like usual , but if your n their neighbor hood stop on through . You won’t be disappointed

First time at Chipotle. I was impressed! Had a Chipotle Honey chicken bowl – so much food! Loaded it up and it was a great combo. Tasted fresh, good flavors, felt like i was eating healthy! Our server was helpful in explaining available options. The restaurant was busy. Most tables were dirty, but we found a clean one. Lots of activity, people bustling around. Clean up was tricky cause the trash was filled to the brim. We all enjoyed our meal. Recommended!

Facts… We healthcare workers ordered lunch due to a busy upcoming shift to be delivered to the hospital here at RB. The order was placed through DoorDash for timing purposes. We received the order and Chipotle labeled nothing for all 20+ orders. Also we did not receive all of our order and many of the ordered bowls were wrong. We had to go through and try to figure out the entire 5 bags of food. What a joke and waste of time. It ruined our day and to top it off Chipotle would not refund our money even for the items not received. DoorDash is claiming it’s a Chipotle issue and each is blaming the other. I would avoid this store. It’s not my first time having a bad experience here and this one just put it over the edge.

I’m really bummed because I love this location. But when I asked for a side of chips (seeing there were at least 15 bags) them said they couldn’t give me any because they are for the online only orders.

To me, coming in person should be prioritized first and felt really wrong to walk away seeing all of the bags available.

I recently ordered carnita burrito bowls from this Chipotle location, and the experience was fantastic. The service was excellent, with the staff being both friendly and efficient. My order was prepared incredibly quickly, and everything was accurate. The carnitas were perfectly cooked and flavorful, and the fresh ingredients added to the overall quality of the meal. The portion sizes were generous, and it was evident that they take care in how the food is prepared and presented. I highly recommend this location for a satisfying, quick, and delicious meal. Overall, it was a great experience!

I was disappointed with the customer service during our visit. There seemed to be a disconnect with our order, and when I politely asked for a little more rice, the manager refused. After our bowls were finished, I asked for tortillas and was told I should have ordered them while the bowls were being made, which felt unnecessarily rigid and unaccommodating.

On top of that, they were completely out of napkins and green sauce. When we asked about it, we were simply told “sorry, we’re out,” with no effort to offer alternatives or make the situation better. Place was so dirty as well. I understand that places can get busy and items can run out. I’ve worked in customer service myself but tone and willingness to help go a long way.

I hope management takes this as constructive feedback and works on improving communication and overall customer experience.

Ordered through their app, a burrito and bowl. However they forgot my bowl, so I went back in to grab it. Turns out they didn’t even make it, got my bowl and went home but then found out that my order for my bowl was turned into my burrito. Management needs work, especially their online operation….

I like getting a burrito bowl at Chipotle. I went to this one for the first time a couple weeks ago and liked it. It had plenty of seating, and the staff met expectations. At around 5pm there were a number of other customers, suggesting that it’s popular. Bummer that they were out of the Fajita mix.
