If you order online, you risk your portions coming out small. I haven’t been to this Chipotle in a few years. And a few months ago I ordered online for a burrito. I brought it back to my office about a half mile away, opened the bag and was genuinely shocked that it was less than 5-inches long (4.8-inches to be more exact). Subway is a better deal at this point. I remember “complaining” how big the burritos used to be and used to comment it was one of the best deals around for what you got! As usual, I guess it’s what happens when you put profit over longevity of the business, assuming that customers won’t notice. Unfortunately for Chipotle we’re not addicted to your food and demand for your products is not inelastic; you have plenty of competition. I go to the Fuego burrito food cart now. I’ve heard news about small portions at Chipotle, but I just thought it was entitled people whining about how they can’t stuff their fat faces like they want to. I don’t mind smaller portions, but the price should match it. Maybe Chipotle should offer a small and regular size burrito and charge less for the small one, like the one I got. Either way, I hate feeling ripped off.

I arrived shortly after the store opened. I was greeted warmly, served promptly and all of the staff whom I interacted with was very friendly! Let me begin with, it’s my very first time going here. I was always afraid of the place because they were always in the news about people getting salmonella from their food. I finally sucked it up and went. I ordered a burrito, with white rice, steak, and pinto beans. I must say it was really good and if you go, ask for extra meat, does not cost extra, actually nothing costs extra unless they tell you that it costs extra. The service was very helpful and kind. The atmosphere was very calm and quiet. I’ll be going back, it seems like it’s the cheapest thing out there, plus it’s healthy. HACK: if you get a bowl, MAKE SURE to ask for double rice, meat, and beans, plus whatever else you put on there and get two tortillas on the side. Then you scoop one half of the bowl in one tortilla, and the other half in the other tortilla. Then you’ll have two huge burritos.

This was the best Chipotle I’ve ever had. I didn’t expect it to be any different from other Chipotle locations, but I was wrong. The friendly staff with bright smiles and the flavorful meat made my day. Unlike other Chipotle locations, this one closes at 4 PM, which is a shame!

I actually eat here a lot and it’s usually fine. Nothing special from any other Chipotle. Today, I bit into my food and felt a crunch on one of my molars. Pretty sure I’m going to need dental work because it’s hurting badly now. Spit out the food, and searched for whatever caused it, but couldn’t find the object. Was definitely steel or something of that nature. I’ve never had issues with my teeth, so this is really terrible.

3 weeks in a row I’ve gone here. This store is a disaster! Just avoid this chipotle location altogether. They are understaffed, constantly out of produce and blaming the supplier for not delivering. Since they are out of the fajita vegetables, I asked for a little extra shredded lettuce and they said “sorry I can’t do that for you.“ Then, I asked for a discount and they can’t do that either. So I said, your manager should be able to do that. Guess what else they ran out of: manager on duty. They don’t have a manager on duty during the lunch hour! I can’t believe Chipotle corporate allows them to operate like this! Out of everything, including customer service.

Rice was hard and undercooked, the whole product was warm yet cold at the same time. Terrible. This was the worst dinning experience I’ve ever had. I’ve been at a multitude of chipotles and I will never eat at these restaurants again. If you like food poisoning this is your spot.
