We live near by and like the taste of food. But whenever we come in this Chipotle branch. We get disappointed about the cleanness and service tables doesn’t get clean, Trash box stay full, lemonade flavored always lack to refill. This branch specifically. The management should do something about it.

Very disappointed in this location because usually it’s good but this time they really messed up.
I got half and half of two proteins and they just straight up forgot one of the two so that was bad. Next they only had the protein they remembered to put in in the last few bites so that wasn’t great. Then they somehow put bell peppers in my burrito when nothing I ordered even had them as an ingredient so I have no idea how that happened. Not to mention the GIANT chunk of pepper that somehow made it’s way into it.
Chipotle is always a gamble but this time I got the short end of the stick. Not to mention it was dirty as all Chipotle’s seemingly are.

The cleanliness of the store is incredibly lacking. Bathroom looks like it hasn’t been clean in a week. Also the dining area needs major cleaning as tables and floors could use a through sweeping & scrubbing. I’m sure with 6 peeps on staff at least one could grab a broom, just saying.

I absolutely love eating at Chipotle but this location is so bad. ( Sherwood Or ) I have tried many times to go for dinner ,but every single time I have gone the food counter is completely dried out, and empty containers . Customer service is awful. I don’t understand because you would think that especially around dinner or lunch rush it would be restocked with fresh food ready to go. Very disappointed. This isn’t and hasn’t been a one time issue. This is the norm for this location. Again we walked out and found another place to eat. 2/6/25

We visited on a Sunday evening, we’ll after tradional dinnertime but hours before closing. The rice in my bowl was the dregs scraped from the bottom of the pan so it was tough and crunchy, they only had chicken for one of us, no guacamole and the last of the Pico de gallo which was so salty it couldn’t be eaten. It was very disappointing.

I’ve been trying to place an online order and revisiting it for an hour, and the website has shut it down repeatedly. I finally gave up. My nephew tried to order on the app which glitched endlessly as well. The store says that they don’t take phone orders.
This was already a late night, last ditch effort at dinner. The plan D.

My kids & I love Chipotle and especially this location at 21332 SW Langer Farms Parkway in the Parkway Village at Sherwood.
Living on Bull Mountain it’s really easy to get to, heading down Pacific Highway West.
The service is super friendly and accommodating. And the food is excellent: fresh, hot, and with a great taste.
I had the limited-time Carne Asada Burrito which is phenomenal!
Definitely a great place to eat!!!

This location is notorious for not having food ready. No matter the time of day they will be out with no indication of preparing more. Being out of multiple things and still charging the same price for half the items is frustrating. I’ve given this location multiple chances and it’s always the same results. I’m still owed for an online order I placed that I never received. When I arrived they told me they were over an hour behind and my order may not be fulfilled. When asked for a manager I was told no one was around. It’s so unorganized and unprepared. I would much rather drive to Tigard. Cleaner, faster, and they actually are fully stocked. I really hope this location can get some leadership an help.

I love me some chipotle. I remember the first time I tried a chipotle burrito in Washington DC like 20 years ago. I was hooked. I loved the way it was customized to your likes, that you could ask for extra veggies or even try a bowl with no tortillas. I am now a vegetarian and only eat their sofritas but their bowls or burritos are just so full of flavor that I don’t need to add anything else. My husband likes the barbacoa and my kids the steak burritos. Yes the guac is extra but it’s so worth it! It’s take out only and you must place your order online for now but food is ready within 10 mins. You can see them working really hard in the back and the order online option is so easy to use and you can even save your favorites to just order the same for your next visit. My only complaint is that now that you don’t see them making your food in front of you, the burritos seem to have ‘shrunk’. Overall a good experience.
