My first and last time visiting this location. I tried to ask the workers if the al pastor was the same price as the normal chicken since the giant picture had no price and the normal menu didn’t have the al pastor listed. Turns out you have to wait until check out to realize it’s not the same.
Portions were average but I kept asking them for extra lettuce until I got the average amount from my normal spot. However they put in a bottom core piece that should have been thrown away. Also the black beans and salsa were extra watery and they just drenched my rice in liquid which would have been disgusting had I gotten a burrito. Really disappointing stuff.

I had a great experience at Chipotle thanks to Ryan. The service was friendly, attentive, and efficient from start to finish. Ryan made sure my order was exactly how I wanted it and kept things moving smoothly without ever feeling rushed.
The portions were generous and well-balanced, which really stood out—everything was fresh, flavorful, and worth every bite. You could tell care was put into each ingredient and how the meal was put together.
Overall, the atmosphere was welcoming and clean, with a positive, upbeat energy that made the visit enjoyable. Great service, great food, and a great overall experience. Ryan definitely made this visit one to remember, and I’ll be happy to come back again.

Interesting Friday night. They have more than enough people at this location, easily like 6-8 people yet only 1 lady was helping customers and doing about 10 different things at once. A guy finally came out the back after 15+ minutes. All I wanted was a quick bite to eat. Something is not getting managed properly here…. I would recommend to order ahead, but then as everyone knows… You may get gypped on the portions of food.
Edit: I will say recently, things have seemed to be managed a lot better than before. Service has been improving and they’ve been reasonably generous on the portions. I’m looking forward to seeing it continue at this location.

Where do I begin, after a long day of work. All I wanted was chips and guac. It’ can’t be that tough. It’s advertised all over their menu. I did an online order around 8pm. The order said would be ready at 8:30pm. I talked to a lady she said “Chips might take a while.” I didn’t mind the wait. 30 mins has gone by. (Again I had a long day of work.). At that point, I was ready to leave. I just went inside and exchange for a drink. I didn’t want a refund. That would probably be more work for them. The lady blamed the fryer. Maybe don’t offer chips at a certain time. They close at 11pm. But all the workers seem to be done by 9pm. Have a good night everyone! I am going to eat and dream of my chips and guac now.

literally the friendliest staff everrrrrr! i always go like 20 minutes before closing usually after the gym and i always feel so horrible. but the staff is so sweet and have the best attitude and make me feel welcome. I wish i could member names but they are all great!

I ordered online for me and my kids, and thought I ordered two non spicy burritos for my kids and one spicy one for me. When I received the order, to had two spicy burritos and one not. When I told them, they very nicely told me it was made correctly and I ordered incorrectly. How embarrassing! They made me a new burrito. I wanted to pay because it was 100% my fault, but they wouldn’t let me. Amazing service, and we will definitely be back! Great staff and management.

Got a steak burrito and when she scooped it over half the steak fell off the spoon. She gave me a dumb look like it didnt happen, So im like ok…. Can I get extra steak? Another half scoop +$7 just so I can have the standard amount that it’s supposed to come with. Than asked for medium drink, charged me for large. And they threw in this chili sauce and charged for that when I didn’t even ask for it. Over $24 for basic burrito and drink. Not coming back. Burrito truck near the chevron i could of got the twice that for same price.

Ordered 3 tacos and they came with hardly any meat and missing half the ingredients and included a dark hair which was very clearly not mine (I am blonde). Will not be ordering to go from here again.

Not the best chipotle that is forsure. My burrito was pretty much rolled into a ball, and they were completely out of their steak with none cooking until I asked about it, then they started chopping it up. 35min something was also spicy as hell in my burrito which I do not go for spicy things.
