My boyfriend went to go get food for us and as my boyfriend was reading off my order I asked for whatever sauce isn’t super hot because I wouldn’t remember which one wasn’t super hot. My boyfriend was trying to ask the guy which sauce isn’t super hot, whoever helped him didn’t listen and didn’t even let my boyfriend finish the question and he just put 3 scoops of tomatoes and onions that I didn’t ask for (I wouldn’t like tomatoes and onions). There was more tomatoes and onions in my food, but I didn’t feel like picking all of them out because I was really hungry and I couldn’t wait any longer. Use your ears next time.

How after all these years of online ordering does this place not have a system in place for people to pick up orders? You will end up waiting in line to get your order here anyways, so don’t bother ordering ahead. The Eureka one has online orders pretty well down, I really don’t understand how this location can’t figure it out. When you have staff hanging out in the back and staff cleaning when they have already cleaned the same area, maybe prioritize your customers??!!!

Very convenient for a quick bite to eat on the road. This isn’t my favorite place, but I have to say that it is very practical. I like to custom make my bowl and I usually get a solid to get the healthiest option possible. There are chicken is particularly tasty and the prices for their portion is affordable for everyone.

Stopped here passing through for a tour in SF I am working. Grabbed my burrito, was wrong got a remake, and the remake was literally loaded with a massive pool of grease. So first bite basically a huge pool was on my hand, clothes and in the tin foil. Have fun eating here I sure NEVER will again. They messed up the remake more than the original insane.

We walked in and the restaurant was a complete mess. The trash was over flowing and the floors could had used a good sweep. When we got to the order counter, I ordered a salad and then was told that they were out of dressing. Ok so I said I’ll just some lemon slices, but they said they were out of that as well. Ok I was bummed but I get it. Went to use the restroom and it was just as bad as the outside, completely filthy. Needless to say I lost my appetite. And wished we would of gone somewhere else.

Placed on online order for delivery. Ordered a drink with my food and my delivery showed up with just an EMPTY CUP. Why would you offer drinks to order online when your just gunna send an EMPTY CUP? obviously the people who work here are not very bright.

The food can be super salty at this location. There is a lot of turnover with employees so there’s no consistency. I was really excited to get a chipotle in Humboldt and now I’m not. Also if you order for drive through pickup the portions are ridiculously small.

In all my years of eating Chipotle at least once a week all over the country, I’ve been served some bad guacamole, but today, the side I got at this location served took the cake as the worst… never have I ever been served guacamole so inedible before. It was chock full of unripe grainy-stringy avocado HALVES (yes, they didn’t bother mashing them up) and then they let the HALVES sit for days in the fridge and they turned brown. And they STILL had the audacity to serve the customers such inedible slop! As a matter of fact, it was a first for me today—never before had I felt compelled to complain to any chipotle about the inedibility of the food they served me. Kudos to the manager on duty at the time of writing this for her refund offer without hesitation. Overall, one star out of 5

We ordered 2 bowls. We asked for extra beans and rice, and it actually made the server angry. He still didn’t give us extra, so we asked him again, and he slapped half a spoon barley and then the meat he picked up a big chunk of carnisata and can I please not have the chunk just the shredded so he starts trying to break the chunk up in the bowl. At this time, I was getting very iratated, so I asked for cheese and lettuce sour cream on the side he half filled the container, so I asked for another one, and he said you didn’t pay for 2 I said then can you fill the other one up so he just put another one on the counter at that time I also asked for a large guacamole with chips. He did the same thing half filled the container.
