We ate at Captain Cooks for Sunday lunch today and the service was incredible. We had a table of 11 people which included 5 children. Cassandra was our server and she went above and beyond to accommodate our family. Our experience started off with a plate of fries and applesauce for our children to help settle their hunger while awaiting for their food to arrive. As a mother of small children, this kind act spoke volumes about the quality of service and hospitality Cassandra gave to her customers. In today’s society customer service is more than laxing and to be seen and needs met by Cassandra was a breath of fresh air. The food was excellent and our family will be back to see Cassandra and to experience the great service by Captain Cook and their great crew. Thank you Cassandra! You really blessed our family today.

Went here for an early dinner. Ordered the popcorn shrimp and chopped sirloin specials. It was so much food we couldn’t eat it all. It was delicious and hot. Our server was friendly and kept our drinks filled. Got a piece of coconut pineapple cake to go and I would go back just for the cake.

Absolutely disappointing. Price still the same but the small amount of food is unbelievable. Plates usually filled up tonight it was so skimpy. On top of barely having nothing. Everything was soggy… fries greasy and soft on the bottom of the plate…undercooked. Hush puppies cold and undercooked! Jumbo shrimp soft nothing good about any of my meal… safe to say their run is over. Not paying these prices for this mess. OH AND NOW THEY HAVE THIS NASTY HONEY MUSTARD WHAT THE HECK!

I ordered the three combination fried platter with catfish, scallops, oysters & onion rings and my wife ordered a broiled scalloped platter. The meals came out quick. Evidently because everything was pre-cooked, because the catfish was the only hot thing on the fried platter and the onion rings were cold and soggy. All of the batter came off the onion rings.
