I live close by and I try to support the businesses in my area. I ordered online and gave a $3 tip. When I got home, my burrito bowl looked like slop. There was too much sour cream and guacamole, barely any lettuce, barely any pico and barely any cheese. And this was a veggie bowl.

The staff here is scared due to the large amount of self-entitled and selfish attitudes from the customers in the area. The atmosphere of the business is suffering because customers have probably very little to no experience as kitchen staff. I found the young ma helping me to be very polite and professional but also bracing himself to be yelled at.

The food tastes ok but every time I eat it my stomach is messed up for the rest of the day(I don’t get beans and I think the culprit might be the carnitas). The staff is disgusting. I saw one of them pick his ear and then continue making the food and saw a girl pick her nose and still use the same gloves. Also saw one using their phone and then not changing their gloves. The counter where they make the food is dirty and messy. This place needs a health inspection before a old lady dies .

I try to give #Chipotle a chance every now and then but it just keeps getting worse. I got a burrito with carne asada, pinto beans were tasteless and it was cold, serving size was small (hardly any meat) and the tortilla was raw. There was no flavor at all. And it’s way over priced. I’m Mexican & I know what a real burrito taste and looks like, it’s like telling Italian people that #OliveGarden is authentic.

Just ordered food here for the first time. Ordered online which was far more convenient than going inside to order. However, I got home and the burrito was so spicy. My son couldn’t eat it. I only added the pico de gallo which is not spicy at all, but the bell peppers and onion vegetable side was super spicy! So I opened it up and told him I would pull the chicken out and this is literally how much chicken was in the entire burrito. Like 10 pieces total. I could buy one chicken thigh and cut it up and it would be more chicken. Super disappointing. Basically paying for rice and beans. We will not be going back.

WOW!! Awesome experience here with my kids. One of the girl workers were really nice when we were ordering. I have trouble ordering and she helped me with my order with no problem. I asked for her name but remember it vividly, I think it was Ang? Will come back again with my kids. Thank you so much! (P.S. the burrito was amazinggg!! )

Store is dirty and no one in here- order is 10 min late- staff is less than friendly- manager on shift walking around with a soda cup in his hand- staff seems lost in what they are doing. Having worked for chipotle before doesn’t seem like anyone has been trained in front/lobby cleaning. Or treating customers which is something that chipotle claims as a greet all customers…. Bathrooms were clean- but there was no one here to use them so that makes sense- just wondering what or how long the food has been sitting on the counters and tables

The staff was all friendly upon entering and were serving everyone quickly. The restaurant looked clean and the food looks fresh! They were stingy with the protein so I asked for an extra side. A $4.10 charge for a 4oz cup (not full) of carnitas seems steep. I’ve never had to ask for extra meat before. I checked the food of the guy behind me and his steak looked puny as well. Everything tasted yummy.
