Wow, so I don’t think I’ve ever asked for a refund on a meal but this visit would make me change my mind. Order was placed inside at the counter but there was mass confusion because online orders were being filled at the same time and employees were crossing over each other, so the orders were getting completely mixed up. We realized when we were about to leave that we were given a veggie bowl when we ordered a chicken bowl so had to go back in to have it replaced. Everything was cold. We had to reheat all meals. The quesadilla we ordered was about half the size it’s supposed to be, looked like someone chopped it in half using a spoon, covered in black crusty burnt charcoal, and then tossed into a bowl container. The chicken inside contained huge chewy chunks of cartilage. There were no utensils and no napkins. All the containers were crushed and the drinks smelled like they were covered in laundry fabric softener. I’m really just kind of in shock at how bad it all was. I hope we don’t get food poisoning.

I used to come here pretty often. However, I won’t go to this location again for a few reasons. The service is terrible. A few teenage girls who work there are always giving me the dirtiest looks and they whisper to each other while making peoples food which is kinda weird lol. They also have really bad attitudes and are not professional at all. The portion sizes are super small too compared to other locations. Overall not a good experience at all.

Employees are always very polite. I like it here because its always a quick in and out. The times i have been, the store has always been clean. The food is fresh and hot. Prices are not to bad for the amount of food you get.

Tiny portions and they get an attitude when you ask for more beans or rice. Very rude employees. The girl told me 3 times to tap or insert whenever I’m ready. Girl, I have to get my card out. I’m not a robot. When I asked for a recipient she said “in the bag.” So incredibly rude!

I’m a regular at this location and in my experience the staff and food here is amazing, the food portions are better than other locations I’ve been to. The manager, John has really made this location outstanding. His efforts reflect in the service and food that is served and shout out to Caleb and Miguel, two of the guys I see every time I visit, excellent customer service and they are always in great moods.

Even for chipotle this place gives insanely small portions. I paid 10 dollars for a burrito that had a 50-75% portion of beans, rice, chicken and cheese today. This is the smallest burrito I’ve received from any chipotle in over 10 years. I can’t recommend this location to anyone who would feel insulted by being ripped off, who is actually hungry, or who has been to any other chipotle location ever. The parking lot is a nightmare anyway. Just go to the one by nugget it’s worth the drive
