So I came here on my lunch break trying to just get some food. I was waiting in line when I was noticed the employee with red hair and a side nose ring, being very rude and condescending. It was so so alarming and disrespectful. It came to my turn and I get punched in the face with a god awful smell and realize it was the employee. The same employee that was expressing alarming behavior previously. I chose then to just take my business and time elsewhere. Will not be coming back. There should be way better customer service training. I hope the red hair employee has not done this to any other good paying customer. Very disappointed.

I believe I am not the only one who has noticed a reoccurring pattern of SKIMPY portions at this location. Don’t even bother coming here, unless you want to leave paying for a meal and only getting half of it! It’s not only a robbery but disappointing & frustrating.

Extremely stingy with portion sizes. I come here often, and while I used to get reasonable portions, that’s no longer the case. Recently, newer employees have been serving absurdly small amounts — I’m talking about barely five pieces of chicken, not an exaggeration. One employee literally scooped chicken and then tapped the spoon until almost nothing was left. On top of that, I was only given a single spoon of white rice. For the price, this is completely unreasonable. Portion consistency has clearly gone downhill, and it’s honestly frustrating as a regular customer.

I placed a mobile order at this location. Decided to go all out and get the veggie burrito with guac, queso, both beans, sour cream, cheese, lettuce, fajita veggies, pico, corn salsa, and white rice. I got the bag with my name and my burrito was wrapped in tin foil with my name and order but unfortunately after a couple bites into my burrito I found it was a burrito with rice, carnitas, lettuce, and corn salsa. Luckily I am not a vegetarian I just happened to order the veggie burrito. Was more disappointed to find that the loaded burrito I was expecting was a more plain order that was not mine and I was already home at that point. Still giving 3 stars because I have been here before and they give great portions. I was also able to use the chat in the app to report my incorrect order.

This is a perfect location with a nice food and atmosphere. However, I recommend improving the patio area—it doesn’t feel very pleasant. The outdoor tables, even if clean, look old and worn, and they wobble.

Bad attitude. Bad service. Inconsiderate, if not unsafe COVID-19 practices. The girl bringing out the mobile orders would not read the names so each time she brought out an order all the people waiting had to one-by-one walk up (or several at a time crowd up) and read the name on the bags. Then she got upset and rude when several of us asked her to read the names.
Many people were waiting because the store was so behind and late on orders. E.g. our order is 18 minutes over due and still waiting.
Update. The order was 23 minutes late and when we got home found it was wrong. This happens and is not a big deal but rudeness and unsafe practices are unacceptable.

Went in for lunch around 1 pm and was not crowded. Plenty of seating inside or outside. Staff was professional and a few even smiled.

Love their barbacoa burrito bowl. Great flavors, healthy options, and filling meal. What more could you ask for.
Their options are flavorful and I enjoy that I can get extra of anything I’d like. Their corn salsa is so yummy, I always ask for more of it.
This photo is after I’d already eaten about a quarter of it. I typically have one bowl for two meals, and it is the perfect amount for my husband for a meal.
We’ve been enjoying Chipotle for years and will continue for many more.
