I won’t come to this place again. Both experiences were very bad. The meal I ordered online for the first time was very small, and I couldn’t see the meat. I want to try again today. I ordered directly in the store. The portion is still as small as ever, but the charge is high. It’s just a little beef. In addition, I added a few pieces of chicken, and I was charged almost $20 after tax. It’s crazy. As shown in the picture, one portion is just like this meat, and the other portion is the same.

Food can be 4 ⭐️ sometimes when there is no crowd and the food is not turning over quickly.

I am gobsmacked about this entire Chipotle franchise, before we used to go to a different one but felt that one wasn’t up to par, so we decided to go to this one instead. This Chipotle was also subpar, the service was questionable and needs to be reevaluated. The larger man with black beard and long hair was very skimpy on the products given, he looks you dead in the eye and just gives you a whisper of these ingredients, like come on bro help a man out. Also in terms of service, the lady at the cashier was very kind but we couldn’t understand her, she kept mumbling and we didn’t know what she was saying. Just nod and agree I guess. The food overall was fine, I’m not expecting Michelin star food, I know it’s a fast food restaurant, but I expected it to be at least a little better. I didn’t enjoy this meal at all and these workers made me not want to tip at all. I will shamelessly smash that no tip button around these people, especially that skimpy man. I wouldn’t recommend coming here if u have dignity and want to enjoy your life. Quite literally the Chipotle of doom and despair.

This location serves the worst burrito bowl portion I have ever seen which is barely fill the bowl. I come here one or twice per week for my son‘s lunch. The portion is pathetically skimpy to begin with. I asked for a little more chicken and no beans, and I got 2 chicken crumbs. Do not recommend this location and never come back.

There was a large piece of plastic in my burrito bowl. I was eating my burrito bowl when I felt something funny in my mouth so I spit it out (turned out to be a piece of plastic- gross). Please be more careful preparing and handling the food.

The staff at this place generally have very poor attitudes. It’s obvious they are unhappy with their jobs. The two petite female employees in particular were extremely unfriendly — even though the food is quite good, their attitude was enough to ruin the experience. The food prep area was also dirty, with pieces of vegetables on the floor that had been left there for a long time without being cleaned. Eating in a place like this feels like being surrounded by negative energy. They’re essentially passing their unhappiness on to the customers.

Chipotle is famed as one of the best fast-food chains, but my hot take is that it wasn’t that great. This Chipotle locations interior was nice it was spacious and there was outdoor seating. The tables were all clean which I always appreciate:)
The servers were very stingy with meat portions which aggravated me, but the servers were also very kind and accommodating(giving compliments,etc.)
The food itself was very mid however. The barbacoa was tender, but it was insanely oily and the portions were disappointing. The flavor of the meat was overpowered by the oil which I hate and this oil makes you not feel good later on:(. The corn salsa I asked to come with my meal was also mid because while they gave me a lot of salsa the actual corn kernels weren’t sweet at all and had little to no flavor. My overall dish was very lackluster and not what I had heard about Chipotle.
OVERALL the price was affordable and the food came out very fast so I would still come to Chipotle in a pinch, but I wouldn’t recommend it to others if given an option. I would rather go to my local Mexican restaraunt and get some BOMB food from there!
