I ordered a salad. Where’s the salad? There was Like 6 pieces of lettuce. It was nearly all topping and barely was higher than the edge of the container.

We just ordered pick up at12:40pm today, it was surprisingly how small the portion was for a burrito bowl. The portion was at least half of what I usually received. Definitely not a full meal for an adult and not worth the full price of the bowl. This is NOT acceptable!!!!!

Terrible! They’re so rude in this location. What happened to simple customer service and etiquette?
I don’t expect 5 star service in Chipotle, but the people working here will just stare you down until you ask for assistance. Also, half the time I come here they’re either out of chips or out of guacamole. That’s like going to McDonald’s and being out of French Fries.
This location needs a major overhaul of its staff.

We placed a mobile order and had to wait for 45 min to get our food because they didn’t have cheese (it doesn’t take 45 min to ‘make’ cheese). This was really just due to the workers’ lack of effort and competency. When asked to see the manager, they did not come out to smooth out the problem. They also did not have many other sides and items available that a typical, prepared Chipotle would have: Red Chimichurri, trays, etc.

We have been going to this Chipotle branch since we moved to the area few months ago because it usually has fresher ingredients and faster service compare to the other branch. Ordered Chicken Burrito Bowl, and I am allergic to diary. No where in the order I asked for cream. However, received a bowl with less chicken and full of cream.

Chipotle Is one of my favorite restaurants to eat but this location has it’s ups and downs. They have to do better keeping clean and better service. I remember once they gave me stale tortilla chips and that was unacceptable. Speed and efficiency needs work here, sometimes they’re not up to speed. On the positive side now, the food is delicious when they put the effort into it, having fresh meat, cheese, sauce etc. I only really order the burrito bowl from here and with a drink it comes up to about 18$. A little pricey but It satisfies me enough to come back. I would come here when It’s much slower during the middle of the day.

It’s not just at this location, but majority of the locations I’ve been to lately are disgusting. Giving two stars because the food was fine (they were out of guac, but np). I ate at the location because it was my meal break on a long drive and all I could think of was how unclean the restaurant was. A bit of sloppiness is a different thing, this was outright neglect and a systemic problem in prioritizing at the corporate level. I’ll be choosing differently in the future.

The food was good, but the employee with numerous piercings seemed kind of unpleasant. She also closed our food containers, leaving sour cream on the outside of the container. I had to ask the cashier to clean it up because why would it be acceptable to give someone food in a sloppy container? Aside from her, the food was decent and they were pretty busy (time frame was about 1pm on a Saturday). Their prices are slightly higher than the location in Redwood City.
