Earlier tonight, close to the store’s closing time on February 3rd, 2026, I visited the location and was assisted by two exceptional ladies at the front—one expertly preparing bowls and burritos, and the other efficiently managing the billing. Both were outstanding in their professionalism, warmth, and customer service. The vegetarian bowl was prepared beautifully, with precise portions and a perfect separation of rice and sauces. I had two issues and I probably would’ve let them go if the robo chat didn’t dropped my chat for complaining. First I went in to pick up my mobile order and the cashier went out of her way to completely ignore the people waiting for a mobile order. It took about 5-10 minutes for someone to acknowledge my existence. So I was already a little irritated. My kids are picky so I ordered tacos with only meat. I ordered the youngest 1 taco and the oldest 3. The youngest had a reasonable portion. And the oldest got a miserable tiny portion. When I complained in the app the automated chat said they’ll tell management and then closed the conversation on me when I said they didn’t resolve my complaint. I deleted the app and I will never spend another dollar at this place.

NOT RECOMMENDED. Very dirty and disgusting place to eat. Whole experience is negative. Food was served without proper presentation, no one had been interested to clean the location for many hours. Some workers didn’t had gloves, and they handled different meats with same gloves leading to cross contamination which is against the food safety standards protocol. Food looks very bad in presentation. Tastes also bad.

Seems no one is interested to make the place better because Chipotle link provided by Xavy @Chipotle doesn’t allow the images to be uploaded directly as supporting evidence. The site requires you to compress images and upload them, which is long process. Seems no one is willing to take responsibility.

Fairfield location use to be better with the customer service and portion size for the price. Your rushed no matter if its busy or not!
For an example, I asked for a super burrito since they say pick how you want one. It was fixed like a kid burrito, I asked the manager about it & he said you would just pay extra. The two who worked on it should have stated that. There’s a lack of communication at this location.
Another thing, is that you do not get your money worth any longer portionis smaller then other locations. Lastly, the guacamole on the burrito bowl was bad, shoulda been fresh, not black.
The pinto beans, we’re a little hard.
Hopefully, thing’s get better.

The food is typical chipotle. I liked it!
The cleanliness of this Chipotle is close to a dump. Garbage all over the floor, table, and serving area. There was almost no clean tables. Other customers were cleaning after others. Seriously chipotle? 3/3 of the kids quesadillas we got were literally not melted at all. Just threw cheese onto a tortilla and called it a day. How lazy can you be? I even made a note that it’s my son’s birthday and this was what he received. But we’re pressured to leave tips for people who do the bare minimum?!?! HA! Absolutely outrageous

I wouldn’t even give them a single star for service. Upon arrival I was just looked at and the boys and girls continued their convo while on their phones. Overheard their conversation about their budding bringing weed for them to smoke. My order wasn’t made right so I spoke up and the girl angrily threw it away. I just don’t understand why management is allowing teenagers to run a restaurant. The food tastes good the service just ruined it.

Came from Canada and stopped here as I heard good things about this place. Was quite disappointed. Overpriced, bad customer service, nasty food, and restaurant was literally a dumping ground for garbage as trash cans were over flowing. Never again.

I’m not sure why the bad reviews but I came around 11:30 am when it wasn’t busy . Couldn’t catch his name ( brown skin brother ) but he was quick and efficient working along side the manager . I was in n out. Food was as expected. Very good. The chips also had the perfect lime taste . I understand being hungry and impatient and or picky but give these ppl a break. They are working hard .
