Went Into chipotle in Massillon this evening I also had a QR code for free guacamole. They wouldn’t Honor it and we’re not prepared to handle the QR codes after I purchased plenty of food very disappointing service you have to argue to get your free promotions …very sad ..very poor management and customer service all around!

I have literally watched them start a to go order/ delivery order and than let it sit for over 10 minutes while they wait on in store customers. I would not recommend ordering to go or delivery from here. They need a better system. And don’t give me the whole physical customers first cause everyone is a customer and deserves to have their food not exposed for that long. It’s just gross, and don’t even question them about it cause they will yell and argue with you.

We had an awesome experience at this Chipotle. The girl with the indigo hair who dished or meals was super friendly and allowed us to sample the new chicken al pastor. We both ended up ordering it, and it was fantastic. The guac and pico were both super fresh and there was a lot of cilantro in the pico. Awesome! We dined in and the restaurant was cozy and clean. Thank you!

Tried to take advantage of chips and queso deal for Cinco De Mayo. Checked bag before I left but did not fully open my bowl. Got back to my job to sit down and eat and discovered not only were three things missing from the bowl but they also added beans despite me putting no beans. You can’t even call and actually talk to people at the store making the orders, so had to go through chat bot just to get a “free entree” next time I decide to give them another try. A frustrating way to spend my break today

Took my order and was stingy with everything i got home and shake my bowl up and it is halfway filled. Do not come to this chipotle it sucks and it has very questionable employees. Also came back about a month later to get the same kind of service and things missing in my mobile order this place is completely out of hand. I would not recommend 1/10 overall Belden chipotle is not stingy.

I visited this Chipotle during an in store only bogo, and I was surprised how quickly I was able to move through the very long line. The food was very good, and the price was great, especially with one meal being free!

The last two times I’ve ordered online from this restaurant the bowl has been completely messed up. I ordered a chicken burrito bowl both times. Last time I asked for extra chicken and tomato and the only thing in the bowl was chicken and tomato…..that’s it. They were amazing in the past so I’m not sure what is going on.
