I really love this place, the employees are so sweet and get along really well. I love visiting a place where the work environment is lively. The food was amazing and they’re really understanding when you ask for extra portions. It gets super busy at time but shoutout to the workers the line always moves at an amazing speed. 10/10 would go again, my favorite chipotle so far.

Had an absolutely delightful meal at the Chipotle in San Mateo! Opted for three chicken tacos – two with a crisp hard shell and one soft, all generously loaded with toppings. The balance of flavors was just right, and the chicken was cooked to perfection. But the real star for me was the side of chips paired with their creamy guacamole – so fresh and addictive! I was also pleasantly surprised by the massive portion sizes, ensuring I left with both a full stomach and a satisfied palate. Definitely looking forward to my next visit. Highly recommend!

This location is usually flawless. But on Thursday at 6 PM I came across a very awkward staff. I was picking up an order for my friend, and I accidentally put guacamole and queso on it. Once I told them I needed to remake the bowl, the entire staff (except for the First Lady in the food line) acted like I stole all the money out of the cash register… They also acted like it was food out of their refrigerator they had to throw out.

My office is near by and this is my go to place for lunch. It bothers me so much that everytime the portion sizes are so different! Today they poured a ton of the hot salsa and the guac was super salty which triggered me to write this! How difficult is to make a consistent quantity bowl??!

I arrived @ 11am right when open I requested 2 burrito bowls with the new garlic steak. The steak was left over and dry. It was not fresh. I would’ve thought that first thing in the morning all food should be freshly cooked it was dry and chewy. beneath chipotle quality.
