The food was fresh and up to standard. The only issue I found was the that the fajitas were nothing but really big pieces of onions and bell peppers. The store was nice, clean and well kept. The crew preparing the order was great but the cashier was definitely rude. I took a veggie bowl with guacamole on side but was charged for chicken bowl with guacamole on side. When correcting the cashier, her response was ‘okkkkkk’ with ‘don’t tell me! I know it all’ attitude. Girl you need to fix it!! Specially when the customer is humble and polite.

After having the worst experience at a chipotle on Elden Street in Herndon, VA. This location showed me so much respect and appreciation. The food quality is always good and they absolutely know how to portion. Definitely will return and recommend this location.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND You don’t eat from here, I order a chicken bowl for delivery. Once I receive and Open my food which was sealed, I found a half broken bug on top of my lettuce … Please wash your greens.

Once again do not order from this chipotle I’m so serious $18 for a bowl for delivery and this is what they give me half a bowl. I asked for extra items and they ignore it. DoorDash drivers are rude and they do not follow instruction. My food was given to somebody else and I had to stop them from taking my food.

The service here could definitely improve. The staff at the counter seemed unenthusiastic, and one of the girls, with red hair, was particularly rude and impatient. My burrito was wrapped so poorly that it fell apart as soon as I picked it up. Not a great experience overall.

My bowl came with a “nice” hidden gift. As I was chewing, I felt a weird texture in my mouth. I removed the piece from my mouth and it turned out to be a 2×2 piece of plastic. Felt pretty grossed out and could not continue eating. I placed it on the aluminum cover and took a picture. Pretty sure this is a health code violation.
