Great customer service, but abysmal portions. I spent $20 on a burrito bowl and a drink that left me hungry and wondering why I spent so much just to leave hungry. Let me just say again, GREAT customer service. But I won’t be coming back just to spend $20 on a half filled bowl with bad lettice.

Consistently the worst Chipotle I’ve been to. If you order an online order here for pickup, expect to wait. My most recent order had me wait 30+ minutes after they marked the order as complete in the app. All online orders were being ignored for in-store orders. I would have saved time just getting in line. After an employee finally took pity on me and made my order, found it to be incredibly small portion-size and missing ingredients. Don’t think I’ll come back here again despite living so close. I’ll just make the drive to San Mateo next time.

I’m updating my last year’s review. This crew is a rockstar!! They all are smiling and helping as much as they can! My dine-in experience was above and beyond. Fresh food, great service and clean tables. It’s beyond regular Chipotle places. I’m definitely returning back, thank you guys.

Usually they are pretty good but the girl who was working today at 4:00 pm gave VERY skimpy portions, even though I asked for double everything. Barely had a bite of beans or tomato salsa.

The food was OK. But, the place is not the cleanest Chipotle. Also, I asked for half and half a choice of meat chicken and beef. I barely got any chicken, half beef, and was charged for the price of beef. It’s so cheap and low for a $1.50 difference to make a loyal customer unhappy. For sure won’t be back to this Chipotle.
