Today I ordered two double steak burrito Bowls and they had the worst rice (brown and white rice). very hard old rice in both bowls. It tasted like it’s been sitting to dry. Un-eatable! The server knew the rice was out but still scraped the bottom of the rice trays to make both bowls. Unacceptable. This definitely something that restaurant should never do. My confident level of going back and eat there is out the door. Please, for future reference don’t scrape the bottom of the barrel just complete the order. I would have waited for a new batch of rice. Do better next time.

Out of all the years I’ve been going to Chipotle, today was the first truly bad experience I’ve had. I came in with my family and the line was almost out the door, which I understand — but the customer service was not great and, unfortunately, the food was even worse.
After buying my burrito, I realized the rice and fajita vegetables were undercooked and basically raw. That’s something I’ve never experienced at Chipotle before, and it was extremely disappointing.
I hope this location can address both food quality and service moving forward.

I’ve been a regular at the Chipotle in Sierra Vista Mall, Clovis for several years now, and it’s hands down the best one I’ve ever visited. What sets this location apart is their exceptional customer service. Each visit is met with freshness in their offerings and warmth in their service. The staff here aren’t just employees; they’re like friends who remember me, greet me with smiles and waves, making every visit feel personal and welcoming.
My frequent visits, sometimes 2-3 times a week, are a testament to the consistent quality they maintain. Just last month, while in Florida, I had the opportunity to review a few Chipotle outlets there, but none matched the standard of my beloved Clovis location. It’s not just about the food, which is always fresh and delicious, but also about the people and the atmosphere they create.

Insanely expensive, I didn’t know that this is how they take money from tourists in this place and even in a chain such a small plate is not worth 22 dollars a steal in broad daylight I advise you not to go near this place and in general the entire chain of Chipotle has many others that are much, much better. One recommendation, don’t go to this place, they steal your money.

Omg this is horrible, I thew all my food way. I couldn’t eat it. Who ever made the chicken was careless and drop an unbelievable amount of salt to cook it. It was so salty that my stomach started hurting like I drink sea water. I’m sure someone else had to call and complain. That’s sad we pay money to eat good food and we have people serving us that just simply don’t care. And where is management doing quality control, making sure things are being supervised. I work hard for my money and this is not fair. I order to go so it was hard to complain on site but I damn sure placed a phone call.

By far the worst experience at Chipotle I have had. My order was anything but enjoyable. I ordered a bowl with carne asada and white rice, pinto beans, sofritas,cheese, pico, green sauce, and guacamole. I was bothered when the worker served me so little rice, not to mention the protien and sofritas were poured like we were getting food for free, I decided to bite my tongue since they were busy. I got home thinking everything was fine until a few bites in the rice was hard almost uncooked or burnt. Carne asada was burnt as well and forcefully ate it since I had spent $36 for me and my wife. By far regret going here. I would have been better of going to Tacobell.

Continuing my boycott of this ridiculous overrated place that people can’t stop visiting. Someone at the goodness of their heart decided to give me a burrito bowl for Halloween. It had the carne asada and steak, then white rice option, corn, black beans, cheese and guacamole. My first, 2nd, 3rd, bite was met with gristle from the steak I’m thinking. Who cut up this meat?!!! You don’t just throw everything you can into a bowl and think that it’s edible!!! I am so glad that this confirms my desire to loathe this chain as they are given too much credit for their own good. I could do this at home. I’ll season my own carne asada, steak, corn, make my own guacamole or even a store bought one would be fine too. Then I’ll make a Spanish rice that would put this rice to shame. The 2 stars given is because the portion size was huge but again full of gristle.

I am absolutely disgusted and disappointed because we normally go to this chipotle but the last few times we have gone the food has been very poorly made. The rice is either very hard, no flavor or extremely salty. This is my last straw but we ordered a pickup order came home and i found a long black hair in my bowl which had not been opened by us prior too. I had also shaken my bowl like one does which tells me the hair was probably mixed in the food and i just revealed it before eating luckily. Extremely disgusted and disappointed!

This is my first time trying chipotle and I was honestly very underwhelmed. I bought a bowl with no extra add ons and a small drink that totaled to $17.01 the food was not bad, however I just don’t think it was worth the price. I would say that is the only bad thing as the rest of the experience was great! Clean restaurant and friendly staff!
