The seating in this place is just the most odd. It is designed for families of four. If you have a large family you have to take up two tables.
I went at an odd time, It was a few hours after lunch. The meats and the peppers looked pretty old. I was going to get some queso but it looked really suspicious.
I did sign up for their online app and when you buy things you can also earn points. I’ve come about four times and I have about 800 points, yesterday I used 350 points to get free chips.
They used to have a quesadilla and they would take the tortilla from the burrito, But now they won’t make it anymore.

Best bowls ever. Chicken was tender, chips and guacamole fresh. Service friendly and attentive. Portions very generous and prices affordable. Place was clean and well maintained.

For context I ordered two bowls (the same order for both) for delivery. I knew they shortchanged for online orders which is why I ordered 2. They arrived here and I took both bowls and they were already feeling light. I opened each and the bowls were half empty. I was already expecting a little amount but this was just terrible. I go to this chipotle instead of the other one on Ontario since this one is actually clean on the inside but wow I guess this one sucks as well

Used to be my favorite location for over 10 years but they have gone downhill. My steak was red, rare, & slimey. when I brought it to their attention they said “we cook our steak medium” as if I don’t know the difference. Will not be coming back to this location.

Always love this place! I don’t dine in often but their pickup and delivery are always perfect. I have to admit I probably eat here more frequently than I should, but the food is SO GOOD! And I can’t feel terribly bad – at least I have lettuce and corn and cheese and meat and – well, you get the idea. So many options for everyone, how can you not love Chipotle?!

After how slow most Chipotle’s are it’s not a 1 for that. But shaking the spoon to get half a scoop of chicken is unacceptable. Management probably told them to do this. Maybe they’ll fire the weak manger or maybe they’ll go out of business like the greedy one up north. Losing 1 customer at a time they’re on track !

We ordered three burrito bowls (brisket) which we could barely find, a few little squares that tasted like dog food, super hard to chew, it gave the impression of being old food or overcooked.. try to complain but they only have an automated chat bot which makes the situation even more frustrating! And this is not the first time we encounter this, it’s a hit and miss with this specific location sadly…

I used to love chipotle but I dont know what happened. The steak burrito just wasn’t good. The meat didn’t taste good. Unfortunate to see a restaurant you liked to start slipping and tasting like crap.
