I am writing to formally file a complaint regarding an uncomfortable and inappropriate experience I had at your Chipotle location on Newport Avenue.
During my visit, I felt harassed and extremely uncomfortable due to repeated looks made by what appeared to be a manager or kitchen supervisor, specifically the individual responsible for bagging the food and handing it to the cashier. These looks were inappropriate and crossed a line of basic respect, making the situation feel intrusive and unsettling.
I would like to be very clear: I am a heterosexual man, married, and fully committed to my wife, whom I love. I do not engage in inappropriate behavior toward others, nor do I stare at people simply because I find them attractive. However, in this case, this individual, who is a man and may have a different sexual orientation than mine, engaged in behavior through repeated looks that felt uncomfortable and inappropriate.
I fully respect diversity and believe it is completely acceptable and positive for your company to employ individuals of diverse sexual orientations. That said, diversity should never excuse behavior that crosses into harassment, whether through suggestive looks, gestures, or comments. When such conduct occurs, it should have clear consequences.
I strongly believe that the owner or management of this establishment is fully aware of the individual I am referring to and understands exactly who this complaint concerns.
I am demanding respect, not only for myself, but for other male customers who visit this location. No customer should feel uncomfortable or subjected to inappropriate or obscene behavior while simply trying to purchase a meal.
I hope this matter is taken seriously and addressed promptly to ensure a respectful and professional environment for all customers.

The people working here were so friendly and helpful, they made me feel really comfortable. You can tell they actually care about their customers and try their best to make everyone happy. The service was quick and everything went smoothly. I also liked how organized and welcoming the place felt. It’s not easy to find places where you feel that kind of good energy, but this one definitely has it. I’m glad I came here and I’ll totally come back again. If you’re thinking about checking it out, do it! You won’t be disappointed. Highly recommend!

The staff at this location is consistently rude and acts as if they’re forced to work this job and only this job. I have witnessed them being rude to customers and to fellow staff. They always appear disorganized, and half the time I feel like my food is reheated from the day before. This location, unfortunately, has consistently gone against every principle I’ve come to enjoy about Chipotle. The workers are not quality, the food is not quality, and the overall experience adds up to a bad day. The manager is very short attitude-wise and rude. I wish Chipotle would look more into this location and consider restaffing. For now, I will no longer consider this location for future purchases.

Me and my friend came to this chipotle and we ordered a bowl which we were to share together.
-We got extra of some ingredients because its always free to ask but they were extremely stingy.
-the service was very rude and still did not seem to cooperate and they even almost charged us for extra meat but we did not add that??? (They did not give us a lot of meat too)
– we asked for water cups because we wanted water and this employee looked at us very suspiciously
– when i went to fill it up with water he walked over and was staring at me doing it.
I felt EXTREMELY uncomfortable and a review only a week ago before posting this says the same experience happened to someone else.
– when i went to fill it up again another time with water the employee came from across the room to see what was going on. (I was just geting water????)
OVERALL terrible terrible service. Do NOT come here please, the food is good in my opinion but not coming back because of the terrible experience.
I still dont understand why this random minimum wage employee wants to make sure his trillionaire ceo who wouldnt care if he didnt exist tommorow is squeezing out every penny of profit for him.

He looked at me suspiciously and asked what I was using it for. I clearly said “for water.”
While I was filling the cup at the water station, he actually walked over to watch me closely, as if he didn’t believe me.
This made me feel extremely uncomfortable and treated like I was doing something wrong, when I was simply getting water.
Customer service should not make people feel judged or monitored over something so basic.

We came in around 3:20-3:30pm Sunday afternoon. The woman who was working the line was incredibly rude. She was unfriendly to the customers ahead of us, to the other staff, and to us. When the guy ahead of me asked for steak, she was very rude about the difference between steak and the carne asada. When my wife asked for half chicken and half steak, she did 1 full portion of steak, and when my wife corrected her she put in a quarter portion of chicken. When my wife asked for the full half portion she originally ordered, the employee became defensive. However, we didn’t want a portion of steak with a couple of chicken pieces, we wanted half portions of both. So they forced us to pay for double steak. When we were confused about this she was very rude about it. She was very combative about this situation which was very uncomfortable. As we walked away after the back and forth arguing she was laughing at us.
The staff here is usually a bit rude compared to other locations, but usually to each other and just not friendly to the customers. This will be the last time we use this location.

I had a very disappointing experience at this location. The young employee preparing my bowl was not listening to my instructions, appeared irritated, and rushed through the order. His behavior felt unprofessional, and the lack of care completely ruined the meal. Because of this poor customer service and food quality, I will not be returning.

Please use critical thinking. I understand there’s a sauce limit but consider how much one person is ordering. If one person orders one burrito, yes give them only 3 salsa. But if someone orders multiple people’s order, they should get more than 3. Please use your brian.

Considering this is typically the best chipotle near by, the service and attitude i received today by Julia, after being served a quesadilla that the cheese wasn’t even melted i am disappointed. She tried to recook the already served quesadilla which still wasn’t cooked, i asked for her to remake it. She gave me attitude, and honestly acted dumbfounded that a paying customer would prefer their meal simply remade. After remaking it she threw it in the existing tray and slide it back to me with poor attitude. I’m so disappointed that employees like this exist considering your job is to provide food for customers, i’m not sure if she’s had a bad day or was intimidated by me but that really ruined my relationship with this chipotle.
