We have never experienced horrible customer service experience from Chipotle. They are very unfriendly, rude and unwelcoming. Especially since the food wasn’t cooked properly the last time we were in and we came back hoping they will rectify the issue, but they did not care about it whatsoever. The store is very dirty, filthy and disgusting. The staff and management doesn’t care about it. The restrooms are either dirty or broken. It is such a dysfunctional store . We will never go back.

Weve been there twice and both times they have gotten our order wrong. This latest time they completely forgot to add anything in my burrito. Cant imagine it be hard to miss the chicken when I specifically asked for double chicken. Very disappointed.

Had the quesadilla with meat, cheese, salsa, sour cream, and beans & rice. Yum! Despite paying $30 for two small orders. It was worth every dollar. Quality over quantity.

Person (with blue hair ends) serving was very rude, rolled eyes, and did not say that side would be extra for tacos (not extra on app) or else I would just got it in tacos. I didn’t even say anything because it’s not worth dealing with this horrible customer service for less $2.
