I had an online pick-up order scheduled for 3:20 p.m. I picked up my food and planned to sit and eat, but even though the restaurant was completely empty, a man chose to sit directly in front of me, as if we were about to face each other to eat. It made me uncomfortable, so I left the restaurant entirely.
I had errands and work to do, so I drove all the way to Temecula before finally opening my food. When I did, I realized the salad I ordered didn’t have any salad mix at all — it was literally just a bowl of rice. Because I was already working and had driven to Temecula, I couldn’t go back right away. I also couldn’t justify buying more food after already paying for this order, so I ended up waiting the entire day without eating.
When I was finally able to return to that location later that night, I was told that because it was an online order, I would need to contact them online. I didn’t receive an apology for the mistake, any acknowledgment of the inconvenience, or any compensation for a completely incorrect order that affected my entire day.
I didn’t get to eat, I didn’t get a refund, and I didn’t get any apology. I won’t be returning to this location.

If you don’t like your job don’t work then. Pretty bad when the manager has an attitude with customers. Apparently chit chatting with her friends/past employees is more important than the long lunch line that was there. Will go to another chipotle from now on. No sense of urgency what so ever. The new girl was very nice and always smiled.

It’s a great place to get a quick bite to eat but that’s all your going to get is a quick bite and you will be hungry 10minutes later.
Upon entering the staff is friendly. I thought it odd being served by women and the men were in the back cooking, but hey, at least we were served right away. Portions are small unless you get a burrito filled with a bunch of rice and beans , hardly no meat or cheese.
I get the pros of the healthy options but it’s so over priced! I think this place gets overwhelming response but lacks the makings of an authentic Mexican American restaurant.

Chips and guacamole as always are amazing and fresh. But on DoorDash, I specifically asked for a burrito and got a bowl. When I reported it on DoorDash they said nothing could be done. Obviously I am going to eat the bowl cause im not gonna let it go to waste but my issue is that is it really that difficult to read what the receipt says when it so clearly says “Burrito” and not “Bowl”

I have never got my pickup order on time from here. I usually place the order on the app and when I head in for pickup their shelves are always empty and you have to check on your order which is always “getting ready” in the back kitchen for an average of 15 minutes.
They are extremely slow and you have to follow up on the status of your order again and again. Sometimes they have the nerve to tell you after making you wait several minites that someone else picked up your order.
Even after they hand you your order it’s messed up many times.
