As a new homeowner in the area, this was my first and last time coming to this establishment. That entire store seems to be ran by inexperienced teenagers. The customer service is horrible, the line where the food is kept was a mess, customers were lined up to the door meanwhile for a while there was no team member in sight besides the cook in the back. My first food transaction was handled by the manager DULCE, who was not friendly, rushed through my entire order and served me burnt chips. I specified to her that I would wait for a fresh batch to be made since there was none on the shelf. She proceeded to take chips that were sitting off to the side and place them in a bag and serve them to me, claiming that those were just made. I drove home, realized the food was not up to par and I brought the entire order back along with my receipt for a full refund.

Very bad experience. Water was running all over the floor. My online order wasn’t ready on time and then when I did pick it up it wasn’t as ordered. I asked for veggie fajitas and got none(as shown in the picture) Why offer the option if requests won’t be fulfilled? I was missing the salsas I asked for as well. So I had to go back and get them but I didn’t realize I was missing the veggies until I left. I wouldn’t go back to this location.

Just close the store down. The last two times I’ve attempted to order food either out of queso and rice at the same time or you’re out of steak and chicken at the same time. Close this location down if you’re not able to keep adequate supplies on hand. 1PM in the afternoon and you are out of food…

This is the worst chipotle I’ve ever been to. I love chipotle and this location is ruining it for me. Do not go here! Go to the lake Elsinore location instead. The meat is over cooked and dry. The rice is undercooked and crunchy. The soda machines is always out. The Guac is always bland. I have no idea how they get it so wrong here. They need to close down this location as it’s giving a bad reputation for the chain. Horrible!! Do not go here.

Slow, borderline incompetent, and not very polite. A more pleasant demeanor from the staff would go a long way. Seems like they just want to push you through and get your money. Watch closely because they will easily forget stuff even if you tell them more than twice. In their defense they were pretty busy so maybe they should be staffed accordingly.
