Gina the manager was extremely friendly, professional and efficient. She processed the order ahead of us very quickly and smooth. Although she went fast she didn’t rush or mess up the quality of the order. When she got to our order she was easy to understand, processed the order quickly and made sure to get the order correct. She also took the time to interact with us (which most employees nowadays don’t do). I felt like a valued customer and left very pleased with the quality of my order.

Location: Okay, Parking: Okay, Service: Okay, Hiring: Yes, Overall: First time at this location, and it did seem busy compared to other options that were around. The servers did run the line pretty fast, but when it came to my turn, they just started adding before I asked, and I had to stop them. I wanted a specific rice, black beans, and so forth. They did adjust to my requests, and I did pay for the meal. One big bummer was a piece of avacado peel that was in the mix. Hopefully they will double-check before they serve to avoid any future issues. The fact that they had restrooms was a plus. So for that 2.5 Stars…

TERRIBLY SLOW SERVICE!! I used to love this Chipotle until today. It looked like there was about 6 people working. when I came in there was a line of about 6 people including me . They still only had one person helping customers. Other workers looked like they were preparing online orders , cleaning, and restocking . The guy making the customers’ food looked new . he was super slow, wrapped the burritos with turtle speed, and it was just painful to watch. NO ONE HELPED HIM WITH THE LINE. I’ve worked fast food for some years and I know that if there is a line or customers in line waiting , you NEED to prioritize them and knock that line out. This Chipotle team just did not seem to care. I even had to tap my card in the counter to pay and to get their attention. It looks like the manager is the one with red hair and glasses. she did not once jump in to help get the line down. No one seemed to care. Some of us people are on our timed work lunches. I just did not have a pleasant experience at all and I will be writing this on google reviews as well. i’m not one to complain like this but wow i was there for a good 20 minutes in line . absolutely ridiculous. This location needs to prioritize their customers more!

Stopped here on a class trip from Phoenix to Los Angeles. There were several options, but Chipotle seemed the healthiest (the other options were Panda Express, In-N-Out, and Cold Stone). There was barely a wait, and I got a nice meal with a Chipotle bowl, chips and salsa, and a drink for between $10 and $15. It was a good price for a generous serving size. The food was delicious, and they had a fountain and specialty drinks (I tried their Watermelon limeade and it was good). If I ever stop here again, this is my go-to.

This place is always nasty, meat cold, no lettuce, no grilled veggies. We went at 7:30 they don’t close till 10. Rude, Lazy employees! Never coming here again. Oh yeah all tables dirty ad usual. I’m done.

DON’T EVER stop by this location and purchase food from there. All the employees there are liars and thieves. One of the employees stole my husbands phone and denied it when asked about it. The employees pretended like they didn’t know anything. Once the Police department got involved and investigated, the culprit was found as well as the phone. Not to sure if management is going to do anything about the situation and the people involved in it. Save your self a headache and don’t even bother stopping there. There are plenty of other restaurants to choose from.

Food is good! Love chipotle. The service is good for the most part, but sometimes some of the people skimp on the amount they place in your burrito. A few times I had to keep asking for more of all of the items they added. But otherwise it’s overall pretty great!

The restaurant and bathroom were clean. Its location and proximity to the freeway and parking were excellent. My only complaint was that the person making the bowl that I requested made the smallest one I’ve ever seen. I asked the guy doing the salsa if he could add something to it, and he kindly obliged. He also agreed it was really small. The food was good and tasted fresh. I’d stop there again.
