Sometimes Chipotle is a hit or miss but today it was a HIT!! The service was great, it wasn’t crowded, and the food was amazing! The guacamole actually looked like guacamole today! We came to eat here for lunch today and left unsatisfied. Portions were very small and the chips were stale. Drinks were out, so I asked one of the employees to refill them and took over 20 minutes to do so, and it was only refilled when I went back to ask again. Trash was overfilling and the restaurant overall did not look clean. I understand that it gets busy and they claim to be short staffed but its honestly ridiculous.

Horrible service, the burrito bowl was half full and full of uncooked rice. The chips were also stale. The utensils were not the normal, but the flimsy utensils. Definitely not the best chipotle to go to.

Location: Okay, Parking: Okay, Service: Okay, Hiring: Yes, Overall: First time at this location, and it did seem busy compared to other options that were around. The servers did run the line pretty fast, but when it came to my turn, they just started adding before I asked, and I had to stop them. I wanted a specific rice, black beans, and so forth. They did adjust to my requests, and I did pay for the meal. One big bummer was a piece of avacado peel that was in the mix. Hopefully they will double-check before they serve to avoid any future issues. The fact that they had restrooms was a plus. So for that 2.5 Stars…
