Just want to give everyone a heads up. Do not order from here. We catered and probably spent over 200 dollars to receive this. By the way that bowl is supposed to be fully loaded with extra rice and beans. This burrito here is with everything but guacamole and fajita veggies. I’ve received some bad bowls or burritos elsewhere but nothing like this. This burrito is filled with only beans, sour cream and a hint of meat. Very very disappointed. Just look at this burrito lol. -5/10

Chipotle Mexican Grill is a Mexican restaurant in Rancho Cucamonga. They offer Mexican fare, including design-your-own burritos, tacos and bowls. It’s my favorite place to eat Mexican food. Though I am not a big fan of Mexican food, but I really love their Double – Protein Bowl. Whenever I go to Chipotle I order Double – Protein Bowl with Guacamole. Their food is always good and fresh. The price of the food is reasonable. Their service is also appreciable.

Don’t normally have any issues with Chipotle however due to my last experience I won’t be going back to that location any time soon. We had an online pick up. Boyfriend went in to pick up the food. Upon seeing the contents of my burrito bowl I ordered, it honestly looked like who ever prepared it didnt care what they were serving. I ordered Barbacoa as my protein and I was given hunks of fat. Not shredded at all. Not to mention the little bit of meat that was on there was very tough and hard to pull apart. Also, the lettuce looked like someone just ripped it apart with their hands. I understand things happen however, this last experience was clearly a lack of effort and supervision.

Good fresh food for a healthier option than other fast food restaurants. It does get busy during lunch hours but the line moves quickly. The staff are friendly and my order is correct every time. Ordering online is available too. Conversations echo and it can get loud, this can make it difficult for hard of hearing people (like me), but outdoor seating is also availble.

Do not order delivery from this Chipotle, I have ordered several times from DoorDash, but they never capped the bowl properly. The picture attached is the worst situation. The sauces leaks and the whole bag is wet and broken, everything is on the floor now, and I am now cleaning the floor. I don’t understand why the bowl is never capped properly when I order delivery, if I order pick-up it is fine. Can you guys improve this??!
