I’m not a person that likes to complain a lot but for the love of god don’t ever order online from this location ever. I’ve had three things happen to me at this location but the last one really did it for me. First of all if you like to eat rice you better ask for extra white rice they barely give you any. My orders are not complicated it’s rice, beans, light sour cream, and cheese. The first big one happened when I ordered my normal bowl with double chicken they gave me no beans at all and barely any chicken. The second one I had a whole bowl missing that was for my girl she was not happy and it forced me to go back and complain and get a re order that I had to pay for. The last straw happened today I asked for double chicken and barely got any chicken as I went inside to ask for more chicken I was met with was bad attitude from a woman who basically threw me the extra chicken that I had paid for and didn’t even say a word to me. Talk about great customer service at this place when they mess up too I would just avoid this location if you can and go to another one.

This is the stupidest place I’ve ever been in my life. It cost me $30 for a burrito that doesn’t even look like a burrito .
The tortillas doesn’t Wrap around the food enough. It spills everywhere. The tortillas are not big enough. The foil is not big enough and it’s ridiculous. The food is terrible. You have to wait for what you want and then you don’t get what you want. Furthermore, it’s hot in there and it’s stuffy and it’s horrible and it’s overpriced. I feel the same way every single time I go to any Chipotle. This is a terrible restaurant.

The burritos were badly made, it was too messy. The whole tortilla was very soggy. Had to put on a plate cut it in half and eat it with a fork.The chips were overly salted. And not mention the food was cold.

Went inside with 3 people in front of us in line and only one person taking orders. There were out of rice, veggies, and chips. For 7:30 on a Friday night it seems odd to be out of these items. The staff wasn’t rude but had no hustle or caring whatsoever.

This is the worse chipotle I’ve ever been to. The meat was undercooked and did not have any flavor at all. The portions they serve is way less than other chipotle restaurants I’ve been to. The meals I bought tastes literally tasted like bland uncooked meat. I would not recommend this chipotle. The chipotle in valencia is much better with friendlier staff.

The steak in front looks old and dry, I saw the guy in the back having fresh ones, I asked nicely if I can have that instead, the big guy in front said NO! What the f*^%. Why? Why? It’s there already. I still ended up ordering and I didn’t like it. The steak was dry and hard. So annoying. The portions was small. Grrrrrr!

This is the worst chipotle I ever came across. The quantity is always extremely less and they are always out of stock for the items like fajita, salad , gaucomole. Extremely dirty place.uncooked rice. I wouldn’t even give 1 start. I’ve had good food from here in the past. So I will give them some credit.
But tonight I was kind of grossed out by something I found in my chicken bowl. It was a large completely whole leaf with what appeared to be a worm hole in it. I took it back because the thought of eating something with a worm hole, left me wondering about the worm and where it might have ended up. So I took it back and instead of the manager saying I’m sorry can I get you a refund? He said that that was a bay leaf and they cook with bay leaves all the time.; Like how dare I be grossed out by something like that.
When I again pointed out the worm hole they replied they cook it in their rice and it should have been taken out. He completely ignored the fact that I was concerned about where the worm might be and why is there worm eaten leaf in my food. I understand using Bay leaves when cooking, but this is Mexican rice and it had a worm hole in it. I finally agreed that bay leaves were edible but I still ask for my money back. I don’t like the way the manager made me feel like there was something wrong with me for not wanting to eat a leaf with a worm hole in it. I don’t think I’ll be going back there anytime soon.
