This is my favorite Chipotle. I came for a bowl and a burrito. It was OK, just not enough meat in it. My daughter ended up not eating her bowl and just threw it away. I noticed my burrito barely had any meat in it too

I love this location because the food is always fresh, the staff is nice, and they know how to move the line along during lunch time rush. The inside is always clean with plenty seating. They also always have the special menu items unlike the Cerritos mall location.

I ordered a salad bowl and was really uncomfortable watching the staff put wilted and spoiled lettuce into my bowl. I immediately asked them to remove the bad lettuce. When I took a bite, I noticed a strange, foul taste in my mouth. I spit it out, only to realize it was rotten lettuce.

Update – another incident. I ordered 2 burritos and a large guac. They forgot to put the guac in my bag so when I got home, we had no guac. Waste of money because I couldn’t go back to get it. This chipotle sucks.
We came to pick up a catering order that I placed 2 days prior, and they said they never got it. We showed them proof of order confirmation. We asked if they can make it in 30 minutes (just 2 group orders for 10 people) and they said no. No apologies, no responsibility taken, nothing. They just said they can’t do anything about it.
Minutes after we left the store, I got a cancellation notification. So, they definitely did get the order if they were able to cancel it on their end.
Do not order catering from here – they are super unprofessional and unreliable!!

As always, the food here is delicious. The variety of choices are innumerable, which gives one the ability to customize a dish to please their individual palate. The portions are generous. You will be satisfied. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The dining area and restrooms are always nice and clean. Being a Chipotle regular however, I do notice that the main ingredient prices continue to rise annually.

I ordered a salad bowl with half chicken, half carne asada, little salsa, little cheese, little sour cream and guacamole. Tasted delicious and was very filling for a protein packed lunch.
I’d definitely come back again to try their other menu items. Solid customer service and great dining experience.
