I ordered a salad bowl with green and grilled veggies, half chicken, half carne asada, little bit of sour cream, little corn, little cheese and guacamole. It was a delicious and filling lunch overall, solid customer service also.
I’d definitely come to this spot to try their other menu items in the future. Lots of parking too!
I ordered two steak bowls online, but realized that one of the bowls was completely missing the meat. It was stacked with so much salad, but no steak at all. Ended up driving back to have them redo my order. Thankfully, they did it for free, but I didn’t appreciate their attitude. Just brushed me off like I was in the wrong. Granted, they seemed overworked and checked out.
I get it. I worked retail in the past and it can be frustrating. But I’ve had enough tact to apologize to the customer for a mistake. This isn’t the first time this has happened and similar errors were made when I bought from this location. I guess it’s my fault for giving the Alondra Chipotle so many chances. Or maybe I’m the fool for still going to Chipotle. Moving forward, I’ll just stick to street tacos or Taco Nazo if quick and satisfying Mexican food.
