I placed an order online spent $31. I go to pick it up. I drive all the way home. Open up my large guacamole that is made supposedly every day fresh and the guacamole is BLACK, I drive all the way back to chipotle walk up to the counter. Tell the girl that I just picked up my to go and then I would like some fresh guacamole not black guacamole and she tells me oh it’s just a little oxidized girl I know what guacamole looks like sitting for days it turns blackish dark green. She then says oh let me get you some fresh guacamole, the guacamole that I am now taking home looks slightly fresher, but still a dark green! Chipotle, you need to do better!!!

Not one to leave reviews on places, but I had the worst Chipotle experience at this location at lunch today 02/27. Line out the door and nobody cared. Zero urgency at all. I was the 4 person in line and was in the store for nearly 30 min. I was late back to work from lunch. Burrito was wrapped horribly (not a huge deal but it was just a horrible mess to eat). Asked for chicken and got a half scoop from the worker.. like 5 pieces. Employee at the register who just made my food says “uhhh I forgot.. was there queso on this?” He just made my burrito 30 seconds ago. Just an all around bad experience. Would not recommend this location.

Food containers were nearly empty, food spilled everywhere . Counters dirty. There were no napkins or forks
Agua Frescas dispenser empty and trash overflowing and most customers did not sit down because the seating area was filthy. Only 1 young lady serving and calling for assistance for a cashier which was ignored by young male staff (6) trying to leave ASAP. Customers there to pick up orders ignored. Back room had torn cardboard boxes on the floor. Now the food: Brown rice not warm, Pinto beans were crunchy also not warmed. Requested pico de gallo and the young lady had to scrape the bottom to make a spoonful. I am sending a copy of this email to corporate office. Please don’t be afraid to hire people older than 20 who have some life experiences and understand customer service. Remember we customers have other choices to spend our cash.

If you order from this location, always check your order! Drove 20 minutes in rain, just to get back and see two sides (that I requested as a side) were missing and no napkins and utensils were provided even though I requested one when doing the online order. My meal was ruined as I couldn’t eat it. Such a waste of money!
