The most skimpiest amount of meat. She literally put four pieces of meat. Had to ask for double. Did the exact same thing. The white girl with glasses, the frame is maybe pink idk. Her portions are awful. She literally was skimpy on fajitas. It’s onions and peppers….like what. It’s so stupid to pay for a $20 for sour cream, tomatoes, and corn. You guys need to figure it out with your workers. I’ve had previous bad experiences. But this is just ridiculous. Look how pathetic this bowl is. Idk even know why I let my boyfriend pay for this.

Chipotle is my very favorite restaurant but I was not happy with my order because the girl threw the salsa container in the bottom of the bag under my bowl and it spilled all on the bag. It almost ripped thru the bottom and my food would have spilled out on the ground. Since it was a to-go order I asked for sour cream and pico de gallo on the side and also four small tortillas. You already know what happened with the salsa and the tortillas tasted strange so I just ate the bowl without tthem. Also I have always ordered sides with my bowls and never been charged as well as never been charged for tortillas and I was charged $3.20 this time for tortillas and pico de gallo. Anyways, I I still love Chipotle but I was disappointed with this visit.

My recent visit to Chipotle was extremely disappointing, primarily due to the appalling service provided by a staff member who identified himself as a manager.
Upon ordering, I immediately noticed the portion sizes were significantly smaller than usual. When I politely inquired about this, the “manager” responded with a dismissive attitude, sarcastically asking if I wanted to speak to the manager. Despite my declining, he continued to assemble my bowl, which ended up being incredibly meager and practically soup-like due to an excessive amount of grease from the bottom of the meat container.
The manager’s unprofessional behavior extended beyond my interaction. He rudely yelled at another guest who was about to sit down, claiming the table had just been cleaned and was wet with cleaner. When the guest’s father commented on the manager’s aggressive tone, he continued to display an arrogant and confrontational attitude towards the family as they tried to order.
Most concerning was his response when the mother of the family requested to speak to a manager. He mockingly spun around and, with a smirk, asked, “Hi, what can I do for you?” This clearly indicated he was the manager and was intentionally being disrespectful, leaving the family understandably frustrated and unable to address his behavior.
The combination of skimpy portions, a greasy and unappetizing meal, and the manager’s incredibly rude and unprofessional conduct made this a truly terrible dining experience. This level of customer service is unacceptable, and I hope Chipotle addresses these serious issues.

The Laughing Lion
The place was empty, but every table was dirty. When I walked up to the front counter, there was a worker dancing in the back. When they finally noticed I was there to order, they took my order.
The food was delicious even though it looked like it had been sitting there for a while since it was not busy.
I had the bowl with fifty fifty chicken and sofritas. The lady rang it up as a chicken bowl, as you can see in the receipt.
The music inside was really loud and a bit uncomfortable .
I’d come back, but probably do takeout this next time.

My daughter wanted to have Chipotle for breakfast, so after they opened at 10:45 a.m., we went inside. The food was freshly prepared so everything tasted great. The employees were professional and nice. My daughter wanted to try the blanco queso with chips and enjoyed it. Regular size is a small plastic cup. I don’t know how big the large size is. Napkins and utensils were fully stocked. The visit was nice and fast. I also noticed that they had a hand sanitizer station right when you walk up to place your order

Always love chipotle. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I came during lunch in a Saturday and they were very busy and I was still in and out with my to go order in less than 10 minutes. The sofritas are my favorite and they were fresh and good today. Their chips are also very good. Also great pricing for the value of food you get.

This place is filthy. The trash cans near the exit doors are overflowing with trash and pilling up on the countertops where customers eat. Five tables are covered with food crumbs so that no one can sit to eat. Straw covers are all over the area where the plastic utensils are kept. Containers for the utensils are empty with trash in them.
I spoke to the manager pointing out ALL the issues and she said they have been busy.
My suggestion was to pull someone from the back and clean the front eating area and empty the trash cans!!!
