It started out with a good experience until the red hair lady with the glasses and black Pollo named Maricella who is management gave me an attitude for asking for an extra empty bowl to split with my partner. She gave me a tin foil lid to use as a bowl when she had regular bowls available. She was also on her phone while there was customers and continued to be on her phone and yelled at her employee infront of us for giving normal size portions. Even customers behind me in line were in disbelief with the lack of customer service abd behavior. I am a regular customer at various locations and have never experienced this behavior. She made rude comments as she walked away from attending me.

I’ve heard so much about Chipotle and finally had the chance to try it for the first time while in Las Vegas! I went for the steak option, and it definitely lived up to the hype—flavorful and cooked just right. I also loved being able to add extra veggies as toppings; it really made the meal feel fresh.
The prices are reasonable for the quality you get, especially for a fast-casual spot like this. The line was long when I went, but it moved surprisingly fast, so no complaints there.
Overall, I totally get why people love Chipotle now. Great Mexican food with plenty of options to customize your meal. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in town!

The staff here was AWESOME! We didn’t have a wait (we were there around 1pm on a Saturday). I ordered the veggie burrito with brown rice, which was delicious. I don’t live near a Chipotle at home, so this was a treat. There is some seating inside, but it’s limited, especially when it’s busy.

Not bad at all—Chipotle burritos right in the heart of the Vegas Strip! We stumbled upon it, a little skeptical at first, but the quality surprised us in a good way. The food court’s on the smaller side, but that just means fewer crowds—feels like a hidden spot most tourists miss.

Spent about $12 on a BIG FAT chicken burrito with brown rice, black beans, onions n’ peppers, tomato salsa, and shredded lettuce. Took it back to my room at Harrah’s next door (was a 5min walk) – enough leftovers for lunch tomorrow !! Who needs a $25 hamburger.

Food was good. Service was alright. All employees had backs to us when we walked in and had to wait for one them to finally notice us. Once they did they were quick with our food. However while we were eating a homeless person came in which reaked of urine. They used the soda machine – for free. Then left. Left a horrible smell and then we didn’t refill our soda as that is extremely unsanitary. The workers seen the person do that and did not go out to clean the soda machine and they other guests used the soda machine right after. Very unsanitary

Ordered the special brisket that was advertised with peppers and other ingredients. I was told by the server that they didn’t have a full portion, and he scrapped the tub for what remained. I was charged the full price for it. The worst part was that the scraps were really dry and hard and I had a jaw ache trying to eat it.
