Okay come on. This is the sloppiest burrito I’ve ever gotten. Not worth the money if they’re just going to throw this together. Hardly any rice or beans just sour cream and guacamole. Lol all the food is on the outside. Super disgusted.

Hands down best location. We live 2m away from warm springs location and go out of our way to go here. Multiple different people have helped us and it’s consistent every time. Everyone is always very friendly. I think the last time we went the cashiers name was Jessica. Much thanks to this entire team!!!

Omg itzel our server was absolutely amazing she made us the best Chipotle bowls we’ve ever had ever ! I mean look at those aaaaaaahhhhhmazing ! She was super nice and she was super sweet to my family I really appreciate it so if you’re in the neighborhood come in and ask for itzel she will make your bowls amazing and she will treat you like family 10/10 experience today #omnipresent APPROVED

I’m writing this review a day later because I’m honestly still grossed out. I went to the Chipotle on Eastern and Serene and took one or two bites of my burrito before realizing there was hair inside it. I immediately spit the bite out, opened the burrito, and saw the hair running through it. It completely ruined my appetite, and I threw the food away.
This is a serious sanitation issue. Finding hair in food is unacceptable, especially from a place that’s supposed to follow strict hygiene standards. Employees need to properly secure their hair and be more careful when preparing food.
I didn’t even call the store I’m just bringing awareness to this location because this should not be happening. Very disappointing experience, and I’m extremely upset

My daughter who’s 12 asked me for chipotle today and since this location is near my neighborhood I figure why not. She ordered a bowl chicken which is normally anywhere from $9-$14 (no drinks ir sides)dollars max. We go to chipotle very often so I’m very familiar with the prices. However this older women at this location took my daughters order while I waited in the car. I gave my daughter a $20 which should be more than enough for her order and she came back out telling me she was $3 short. I found it odd but gave her the money either way in case she had ordered something else. When she comes out I look at her receipt and her items and she only had 1 chicken bowl. This lady was overcharging my daughter and when I went back inside she told me word for word “yes I figured there was a mistake “ I was upset but more concerned for all the other kids that go to this chipotle and are too shy to speak up. I felt she was just taking advantage of her because she clearly knew what she was doing and as soon as I walked in the door with my daughter her whole mood changed. Just be careful and look at your receipts. I would not be returning to this location again. Customer service was not helpful.

Chipotle is always a healthy place for a meal – the lovely thing is their consistency, and this location is no different! Fast and friendly service with precision in the food handling makes for a nice burrito or a bowl. It’s also nice they display the calories of all the food and even on the soda machine! Their meals are decently priced and are large in portions, very tasty and fresh. So delicious. Very nice and clean restaurant with inviting atmosphere. Definitely recommend it!!!

I see that the owner of this location made great changes for lunch hours. Night shift are bad. Is 7:42 pm the store is filthy workers look very unmotivated. I asked the cashier for some berry Agua and responded they stop making it because is late. The store closes at 10pm. Hope the owner looks at this message and makes a change just like lunch hour.

Horrible customer service and so many bins were empty and the woman running the line couldn’t tell me that nor let me know how long it’d be to wait. I would have gladly waited or stepped off to the side before taking my order, but the woman hosting the register was rushing each dish onto the plate before hearing out my order. She said she was confused, well I was confused why are you rushing an order if I had just stepped up? Anyways, ended up paying $20 for two bowls of rice, chicken and lettuce.

Their food is always fresh and the staff is the most wonderful welcoming Chipotle staff I’ve experienced. I wish they wore name tags so I could praise the one particular gal. She’s been in there the most when we go at about 1130am. Very sweet and bubbly. Doesn’t act annoyed at all when you are being particular with your order.

I’m tired of Chipotle telling their servers to be stingy with the meat servings. Why can’t you allow your workers to be generous with their servings?
I blame the corporate company, not the workers. This serving was less than 4 oz of steak and to make matters worse, I didn’t even seprate the cheese or beans stuck to the pieces.
Can you guys stop worrying about cost effective marketing decisions and FOCUS on taking care of your customers?
It’s especially worse in California.
I hate to give this location one star because for the most part, all the workers are friendly and nice here but the cycling of materials you keep forcing onto your managers isn’t healthy business.
And it’s basically everywhere. Either allow your workers some leeway with serving meat or stop increasing the price.
