I eat at Tucson area chipotles often. This Chipotle is definitely up to par. When it comes to taste and quantity of the food. Chipotle has never been know as a restaurant to over-serve their bowls and burritos, but you can always ask for extra just be prepared to pay for it.

Stopped by this evening around 8pm. The food was good. Did seem like they were trying to close early. I have a family of 5, and I asked for 4 salsa because we all like the salsa. This is the first time I was told that I have to pay for the salsa because I asked for more than 2. The lady said that her manager told her that she has to start doing this today….hmmm, I’ve never had an issue in any of the other chipotles I’ve been to.

We just came to celebrate mother’s day ( 5 of us) and the food (carne asada) was not cooked as it supposed to be cooked. They won’t even re heated or Cook it a little more. The customer service was terrible. Not a friendly smile from the servers. No corn tortillas. From 1 to 10. 10 being the best service. I will give it a 1.5 maybe.

She told my mom that lettuce was only for drive thru customers instead of being nice she rudely packed up our food and never gave us the lettuce honestly we never give bad reviews or have been treated this way anywhere Not going back ever again sucks because there isn’t many places to eat here but this is why nothing lasts.

Overpriced hipster mexico food. 12 bucks for a cheese quesadilla. Sorry but in a border town I can find better quality food for a third that price. Ask for the kids one and was told no that only for kids. Avoid this chain and support a local mom and pop place.

Don’t order online because they can’t get the orders but they do charge. They did do our bowls and gave it to us all mixed up. They forgot the side of guacamole and the chips and queso. We went back only gave us the queso and chips not the guacamole. Very rude! They never apologized.

Horrible service I was told they had no lettuce and then I see someone with lettuce and ask if I could please get lettuce. Was told it was for the drive thru orders only asked to speak to the manager and was treated so poorly by the manager so disrespectful and didn’t even consider giving me the lettuce something that I would be paying for I had asked for it nicely and they even packaged my food with a really bad attitude for no reason. I don’t understand how they could ever treat customers the way they treated me never going back ever again.

Food is pretty good. A little pricey but what isn’t now a days. Service was very slow. Not attentive to customers. Really liked the Al-pastor chicken quesadilla.

Went this afternoon, 1/4 to get a steak burrito to go. Very impressed with the friendliness and the person that made my burrito correctly! (I’ve had issues with other locations when they roll it and then some of the ingredients, mostly the sour cream, end up all on one side of the burrito. My burrito was 10.20 (11.08 after tax) and there are other local taco trucks I frequent that charge $10 for their burritos as well and they are smaller than Chipotle’s. I’m grateful for the local taco/burrito places, but I’m glad our town now has a Chipotle in addition.

This one in Nogales is not the same quality as others. There’s usually something wrong every time I’ve ordered. Either the rice has uncooked bits or the barbacoa tastes off,, always something.
