They messed up my order. I ordered a “bowl” as anyone can see from BOTH labels that say “bowl” but was still given a burrito and it’s impossible to get ahold of anyone. I live too far away to go back. I somehow ended up with a burrito even though it’s on there twice.

This Chipotle seems to be a bit hit-or-miss. Ordering through the app and using the drive-up window usually results in great food, but it’s a different story when ordering in-store. The guacamole has been disappointing, appearing dull and grey, which isn’t appetizing at all. The quality of service varies, depending on the person serving, and sometimes they provide quite small portions. The portion control is important because they seem to be lacking in this aspect, and the price-to-portion ratio isn’t as favorable compared to other Chipotle locations.

Scheduled order was made way ahead of time. Our group order was cold and soggy. One item was incorrect, which was our fault, I pointed it out and asked for it to be remade and acknowledged that I would pay for it. The assistant manager replied with “Well you need to pay for it”. She is rude and not friendly. Drinks were not ready. Queso was missing. Customer Service gave there standard answer of “Thanks for the feedback”. I would rather drive to a further location than order here again.

This has to be the dirtiest location I’ve ever been to. Bathrooms were filthy. If I’d gone to the bathroom first I wouldn’t have eaten there. No guacamole, ran out of queso, veggies looked a little old, total disappointment. We arrived about 9:40pm and everything was clean and people were still walking in. Not good for business.

Giselle was extremely rude and unprofessional. Doesn’t acknowledge customers or their orders. Behaves as if customers are an inconvenience. It is not the first time that I have had an incident with her. Every other crew member has been very professional and attentive but I do not understand why her behavior is always an issue.

Make sure to check your receipts at the Nogales Chipotle, especially larger, in-person orders. We were charged two extra entrees which we did not receive. When notifying customer support online, they did nothing to try and rectify the issue. So they made an extra, unearned $25 today on our small business’ account. It is also the last time we purchase from them for our ongoing work meetings, so can’t imagine those extra $25 are worth it from an intelligent business perspective.

Love eating here. They have lots of tasty GLUTEN FREE options so I don’t have to worry and ask a ton of questions in order to get something I can eat. I don’t normally eat at chain restaurants but Chipotle is an exception. There is not much else in our area that’s consistently good so this place is always at the top of my list for some yummy food when I want to eat out.
I normally get a Bowl with sofritas, mixed vegetables, both kinds of beans (they have pinto and black) brown rice, then topped with some sour cream, guac (have to pay extra), and their salsa fresca then I add some Tabasco.
I’d say the only thing is their “spicy” salsa isn’t really spicy- it just has a bunch of cumin in it. I know ppl in our area would appreciate a salsa that’s made with spicy peppers of some sort.
