Ordered a side of sour cream, side of green salsa and a side of hot and received none of them, ordered hard shell tacos and got soft ones. Seems like our order was either messed up on purpose or they’re just that bad. Baffled by such an easy order being absolutely wrong. We’re done with this location that’s for sure. Cheese in the quesadilla wasn’t even melted. Absolutely insane

Got there before 7pm…out of brown rice and a 10 min wait…ok fine. Moving down the line..”oh sorry were out of steak” and “we only have enough queso for one i think” out of guacamole and while waiting for the new one to come out, the young man serving repeatedly says “i don’t care, I don’t care, I don’t care” garbage overflowing and staff completely out of touch. Avoid this location if possible

I have eaten at Chipotle’s more times, than I can count and I have never had a bad experience. Today, was an exception. Our two bowls with Carnitas was a big, glob of fat. In addition, they were out of Pico, sour cream, Adobe ranch, and the grilled veggies! Bland bowl. We purchased 2 bowls, 1 burrito, and a kids quesidella meal (which was excellent). The picture shows the big glob of fat…no bueno!!!

Great service, love the new carne asada- and queso too. We did buy a coke in a glass bottle and forgot to open it before driving off. We ended up going back to open the bottle – and they were super kind when we returned. Love this brand!

Customer service was horrible!!! The quac was old and browned and when asked if they had fresh guac the guy said they didn’t not and while I was deciding on if I wanted it or not he held the container over the trash and asked if I wanted it or not!!! He then said that the guacamole was good and I would be fine. Then I asked for cheese and he literally scraped the bottom of the tray to give me the last of the cheese! First time at this location and for sure the last!!!!!!!

The service here was terrible. I asked to put all cold food on one plate and hot on another. They did everything as I asked until I came to the check out. This lady told me repeatedly that I should have told the servers what I wanted, otherwise they would have to charge me double. Then she took half of my plate and replaced with a bunch of small containers. Afterwards, I checked and I was missing so different food, such as carne avatars and so many sides. I told them and they replaced. When I came home, I realized my order was missing beans. Bad experience. I’m never going back to this place.

Disgusting behavior from the staff. The workers were rude as hell and had absolutely no shame. While we were ordering, they were talking trash in spanish about my sister right in front of us, because she didn’t want a lot of meat. They were rolling their eyes and acting annoyed the entire time instead of doing their jobs. It was obvious and extremely disrespectful. Then to top it off, when I paid in cash and held my hand out for my change, the cashier smacked the change into my hand instead of handing it to me. That was the final straw. Completely unprofessional, disrespectful, and unacceptable customer service. This location should be embarrassed. I will not be returning.
