I don’t even want to give it 1 star. Everytime I order it out, it’s wrong (see picture) ordered carne asada and got steak, with 3 beans and 4 pieces of rice LOL and when/if I go into the store the young girls at the front have a serious attitude problem and are wildly disrespectful. Drive an extra mile and go somewhere else.

I had an error with my catering order and Matthew was very accommodating on the spot. Instead of sending me away, he allowed me to place a new order which typically has a 24 hour waiting period. Instead, he put the order together immediately. Outstanding customer service!

Today I had the pleasure of meeting Matthew who is in Chipotle management and training, he is amazing very patient, kind and seemed very enthusiastic about the company that he is working for. I just wanted to say thank you so much Matthew for sharing some of the menu options with me I definitely will be in to see you and try the crunchy barbacoa tacos!! This was an extremely disappointing trip to Chipotle. It would be quicker to list what went right with this trip to Chipotle. Staff did not give salad dressing with salad. Burrito bowl ingredients were cold. There was a hair in my burrito bowl. Bad food, and bad experience, will not be coming back to Chipotle for a long time and never this location. Wish I could get my money back.

I ordered a salad on the app and was met with disappointment when I opened my bag of food. There was hardly any lettuce and the bowl was half full. Lettuce is the main portion of a salad why there was almost nothing is confusing to me and unacceptable. Not to mention on my steak there was an excessive amount of fat trimmings. Absolutely distasteful. Lastly I asked for extra sour cream however that doesn’t mean to put an excessive amount to the point where I can’t see the other ingredients in my salad. Very disappointed. The presentation of the salad was lacking, is too much to ask to at least make it nice looking.

Seriously it’s sooooo dirty. I wanted to leave but my daughter didn’t want to go anywhere else as we have had a long day. They are out of proteins none on the grill and upset when several said we would wait. Wanted to give us literally 2 tablespoons of steak and call it good. Beans was I swear 15 beans…they stood around for a bit but couldn’t even wipe the counters!! Overall not ok. This place ain’t cheap and if the staff can’t take a little more pride in their work get new staff or train better

Chipotle is a good place I do like going there but unfortunately the workers they dip the spoon in the same hole every time in the pan… They need to stir it up n give a fresh serving on spoon… chicken bowl…need to go bck to 8bucs…to expensive… It’s food n it should not be taxed

This was my second visit to this location. While my first experience was good, my second visit was truly exceptional. I was warmly greeted by Dion and Yesenia, who provided excellent service. Then ordered a side of Queso and was 3/4 full. I gently asked her to fill the cup. I’m paying full price, I want a full serving. She agreed it was light and obliged
THEN, on my way out the door, I slipped on wet floor before reaching the exit. When I looked back there was an anti slip mat but the bottom was full of water seeping out…
